• Handling all fresh inquiries by making outbound phone calls answering basic queries, and xing their appointments with Counsellors of Organization
• These would be all the leads who have already inquired about the courses at Organization through various media. The calls would NOT be cold calls to random data.
• Follow up calls to all these inquiries as required.
• Update the details on CRM and other systems used by the company
• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior
Desired Profile:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, counseling skills required
• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive, and keen learner (one who reads or is constantly learning and upgrading his or her knowledge base
Experience: 1 -4 year (Preferred a call center experience)

About the role
We are looking to hire a dedicated Direct Response Copywriter Writer to create strong communication for all the stages of the Customer Journey. The copywriter will be expected to create stories that resonate with the audience and move them to action. The copywriter will be responsible for producing video scripts, Landing pages, Facebook & Google ads, Emails, and much more.
The copywriter will be expected to be data-driven. They will be expected to analyze data to see what is working and what’s not. This individual will be responsible for conducting audience research to understand the target market and then create communication strategies that resonate.
Content for video scripts, landing pages, Facebook and Google ads, and emails. Responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed.
Your day-to-day:
- In-depth audience research to understand the audience on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
- Writing copy for all the stages of the customer journey
- Measuring the impact of the copy through data and improving on a consistent basis
- All completed layouts and artwork must be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no mistakes
- Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content

Lead Generation:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing investment transactions in various investment products viz MF, Direct Equity, Bonds, AIF etc.
- Knowledge on NFT (AUM transfer, PMS, AIF, Mutual funds)
- Non financial mutual fund execution with respective AMCs and RTA (Transmission, nominee, signature updation etc)
- Account opening – PMS and AIF (Third Party Products)
- Liaising with clients and internal teams for investments
- Deal with multiple vendors, custodians, and internal departments to answer client queries and resolve issues
- Understanding of tech platforms for automating processes
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of around 2-4 years with any AMC or RTA

The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role
Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India
Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week
Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after 6 AM and shift end hour before 12 midnight
Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi
Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed
Additional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided basis your allocated shift after you join
Qualifications
- Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets, >2 years of Sales experience
- Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment
