Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as Meteor JS, React JS, HTML5, CSS3

3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.

4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.

7. Ability to debug the application.

8. Should have complete knowledge of developing RESTful Services.

9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.
10. Work with designated JavaScript framework to design, develop, and debug web applications
11. Work with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications
12. Manage end to end module lifecycle management of the product
13. Push and pull codes via Git repository

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS and development using MeteroJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks - Meteor JS
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Knowledge of other frontend frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS will be an advantage

As a Full stack Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a team that’s responsible for developing several of Advisor360°’s most visible and critical web applications, including our public-facing application, Investor360°. Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement mid- to large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Understand how to adapt theory and best practices to fit the needs of the project
• Deep knowledge and understanding of technology software design patterns and code concepts
• Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Show an appetite and aptitude for taking responsibility for technical decisions
• Assist with the direction for the team
• Collaborate with team members on effective development practices and communicate with tact, professionalism, and an eye toward team progression

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming experience in ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), including MVC and Web API
• Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle: conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance is preferred
•  Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Knowledge of Angular 5/npm/Swagger/TypeScript/.NET Core, or related technologies, along with client-side frameworks and languages, such as jQuery
• Proficiency in SQL/relational databases and TFS including building and release definitions within a CI and CD environment

Additional skills and knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Role - Technology Lead

Role Overview 

As a Tech lead, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and  procedures, working closely with the co-founders in building a team. You will be responsible for  defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and  debugging of the software applications. The technology lead will be a part of the core leadership  team and will be involved in all crucial decisions. So apart from strong technical skills, leadership is  something we are looking for.  

Responsibilities  

▪ Work Experience between 3 to 5 years in large scale applications with desire to work in fast  paced startups  

▪ Must have led a team of 3 to 10 engineers. Excellent business understanding and  prioritization skills. Fully hands on with coding and up to date with technology trends. 
▪ Focus on code maintainability and performance of application and a demonstrated product  development ability.  

▪ Must be excellent with hiring and should have built a team from scratch or small size 
▪ Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems  

▪ Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user  experience and user engagement.  

▪ Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed 

Tech Stack -

Node Js, Nativescript, Angular, React, React Native, MongoDB, AWS.  

Technical knowledge

• Design and implement software components using up-to-date technologies and best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of the REST architecture.
• Strong working experience in Angular,HTML5, CSS3
• Strong working experience in Container Orchestration Management on-premise and public cloud (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
• Overall understanding of the Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience with widely used design patterns.
• Should possess prior experience in building distributed multi-tier applications with single sign-on.
• Continuous Integration (CI) and Automated Deployment on AWS/Azure
• Static and dynamic code quality analysis
• Should understand the dynamics of the full-stack development and guide junior team members.
• Experience in developing enterprise-scale software platforms
• Should have hands-on experience in managing releases.
• Build applications using Azure Services and deploy them on Azure Infrastructure.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
