Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development.

Work Location : Any Xebia location

Shift timings : 3 PM to 12 AM

Mode of Work : 3 Days work from office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations across US , Canada, and Latin-American markets

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
• Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
• Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
• Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector
• Strong understanding of the biopharma industry, including R&D processes and market trends
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot)
• Experience with Salesforce and B2B prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

1. Establish a strong rapport with potential clients via all communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, to set up meetings for the Demo Engineers and Account Executives. This involves engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and building a relationship of trust and credibility.
2. Craft and lead outbound campaigns for potential markets, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and other relevant platforms. These campaigns should focus on educating prospects about Clickpost's value proposition, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the product or service.
3. In order to excel in this role, having a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales roles would be beneficial. If this experience is specifically in the SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce industry, it would be considered a bonus. This background would provide valuable insights into the target market and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these industries.

• Drive and participate in requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design meetings and status review meetings
• Participate and contribute in Solution Design and Solution Architecture for implementing Big Data Projects on-premise and on cloud
• Technical Hands on experience in design, coding, development and managing Large Hadoop implementation
• Proficient in SQL, Hive, PIG, Spark SQL, Shell Scripting, Kafka, Flume, Scoop with large Big Data and Data Warehousing projects with either Java, Python or Scala based Hadoop programming background
• Proficient with various development methodologies like waterfall, agile/scrum and iterative
• Good Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills for US and UK based clients

Mandatory Skills

• Hands on experience with the programming language Java. (Mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in leading a team, with professional automation testing experience using Java and Selenium.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing and test framework development using Java and Selenium. (POM, Cucumber BDD, Hybrid etc.)
• Automation Tool: Selenium (Mandatory)
• Execution of scripts in Batch and Grid 
• Setup test automation pipelines in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS, and Azure DevOps etc.
• Flexibility to learn new programming languages, tools & frameworks.

Other Pre-Requisites

• Shall work as an individual contributor on a need basis.
• Should contribute to defining testing best practices for the teams & projects. Responsible for defining and implementing the test strategy and test automation solutions around functional and regression testing.
• Defining, monitoring, and evaluating individual goals/KRA’s for the team members.
• Responsible for project initiation, project planning, effort estimations, hiring and team building for new projects.
• Experience with Test Management tools like Atlassian JIRA, TestRail, ALM or similar tools.
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
• Strong in troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
• Must be extremely detail, technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
• Proactive, driven individual with a strong work ethics

Secondary Skills:

• BDD Cucumber will be an added advantage
• Parallel execution and integration to cloud platforms like BrowserStack, Perfecto, Saucelabs.
• API Testing: ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Postman, Rest-Assured or similar
• SQL queries: good hands-on on SQL queries and experience in testing Databases & Batch Jobs
• Mobile testing experience is an added advantage
• Experience on load testing/performance testing.
• Experience using issue and project tracking software
• Experience working in an agile structure
• Experience in developing POC’s and participating in pre-sales activities

Qualification

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

A good team player with expertise working as part of Agile teams. Hands-on experience in practising Scrum, XP and Kanban.

• Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Usage of SQL and no SQL databases
• Hands on experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices
• Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#
• Well-versed with pair-programming
• Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes
• Usage of Git
• Good understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design
