Senior Product Engineer, Frontend

Role & Responsibilities

4-7 years of Strong proficiency in Full stack Development of Web Applications and experience in shipping production applications.

Experience of using Typescript for development would be a mandate.

Frontend- next.js, react.js, vue.js and bit for svelte kit are highly preferred Backend- node.js, react.js, express.js

B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 Colleges preferred

Experienced with Tailwind CSS

Experienced with TDD for component and end-to-end testing

Ableto set up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actions according to project

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)

Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership

Comfortable working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a staging environment and merged pull requests deploy to production

- Ability to create flexbox driven UI layout

- Strong debugging skills using the browser

- Knowledge of Git (including merging, branching and resolving merge conflicts)

Responsibilities : 

• Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects
• Integrate designs and wireframes within the application code
• Leverage the inbuilt React toolkit for creating frontend features
• Monitor interaction of users and convert them into insightful information
• Write application interface code with JavaScript
• Enhance application performance with constant monitoring
• Good understanding of CSS libraries, GIT, Sigma, Adobe XD etc.
• Constant interaction with other developer teams and design teams to discuss UI ideas.

Requirements :

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms and JSX.
• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc.
• Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries.

• Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end modules starting from user interface, business logic layer and database layer.
• Proficient in HTML, javascript.
• React JS experience is an added advantage.
• Assists in research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes code.
• Participates in requirements gathering meetings and produces technical documentation as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirement and purpose of implementation.
• Implement modules with individual products and come up with impact and own ideas and solutions.
• Troubleshooting issues across environments.
• Responsible for monitoring, highlighting and troubleshooting issues across environments.
• Responsible for design and develop the components as per the requirement.
• Technical documentation, design and development using tools and technologies like HTML5, JAVA and Angular JS etc.
• Complete the build of code on time and as per application coding standards, and perform unit testing.

Requirements:

• Strong Expertise and experience in HTML5, charting libraries, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular(2+) or ReactJS

• Strong hands-on experience in Web services (REST)
• Proficient knowledge in D3.JS
