About the Role :

We are seeking a C++ Developer with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in competitive programming to contribute to cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) training. The role involves designing structured programming challenges and reasoning tasks to enhance AI systems’ problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop structured reasoning tasks for training LLMs.
• Create datasets to improve LLMs' ability to solve complex, multi-step problems.
• Collaborate with researchers to align task objectives with model training goals.
• Refine task designs based on model performance and feedback.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality in task descriptions.

Job Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in structured reasoning tasks.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in competitive programming (LeetCode, HackerRank, GitHub profile is a plus).
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing programming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead partial or full deployment of Cisco SSE components under guidance from senior engineers.
• Configure and optimize Cisco (ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB).
• Assist in integrating Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela/Meraki) into SSE frameworks.
• Perform Level 2 troubleshooting, including analysing logs, policy behaviour, and network flow.
• Engage directly with client IT teams to provide remote support, training, and resolution planning.
• Contribute to maintaining solution documentation, run books, and knowledge base.
• Participate in upgrade/migration projects and post-deployment optimization efforts.

Technical Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Cisco SD-WAN (routing, security policies, cloud integration).
• Familiarity with SASE architecture, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and cloud security posture.
• Ability to perform log analysis, packet capture interpretation, and root cause diagnosis.
• Comfort with CLI and web-based interfaces of security/networking tools.
• Basic scripting/automation (Python, Shell) experience is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Cisco Certified Specialist – Security Core / CCNP Security
• Cisco Umbrella and Duo product training/certification

This is not a traditional role. You will work directly with IBC’s founder — close enough that this overlaps with a CEO’s office function — but your primary weapon is AI. You’ll use it to run our marketing engine, sharpen our BD process, and help the team work smarter every day.

We’re looking for someone at the intersection of AI-powered business process engineering and B2B marketing execution — business-aware enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build and run the systems that make those judgments scale. This role demands both: not just AI, and not just marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN 

· AI-powered business process engineering — design, build, and iterate multi-step AI workflows across BD, marketing, and operations; you can build and debug these systems end-to-end, not just prompt for outputs

· Account-based marketing (ABM) — manage and improve IBC’s full BD pipeline from target identification to outreach; one of several application areas for your AI and process skills

· AI adoption — help the team integrate AI tools into day-to-day work

· Founder support — work directly on strategic priorities; this role sits at the centre of how IBC operates

· Team interface — work with delivery partners, clients, and the broader team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· 1–3 years experience in a fast-moving environment — consulting, startup, or marketing. Minimum 1 year of post-graduation work experience required; freshers will not be considered

· Genuinely AI-curious — you’ve used Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier or similar and built multi-step workflows with them; you can build and debug these systems, not just write prompts for outputs

· Engineering or business degree from a good institution — we care about how you think

· Business-aware — you understand context before automating anything

· B2B marketing interest is a strong plus

· Works independently — owns outcomes, not just tasks

· Not a traditional CEO’s office role (No prior CEO’s office experience required)

· Not an AI product development role (You won’t be building AI products from scratch()

· Not a siloed function (You’ll span BD, marketing, and operations)
