In this role, you will:
1. Collaborate with Product & Design Teams Work closely with the Product team to ensure that we are building a scalable, bug-free platform. You will actively participate in product and design discussions, offering valuable insights from a backend perspective to align technology with business goals.
2. Drive Adoption of New Technologies
You will lead brainstorming sessions and define a clear direction for the backend team to incorporate the latest technologies into day-to-day development,continuously optimizing for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
3. RESTful API Design & Development:You will ensure that the APIs you design and develop are well-structured, following best practices, and are suitable for consumption by frontend teams across multiple platforms. A key part of your role is making sure these APIs are scalable and maintainable.
4. Third-Party Integration Support:As we sometimes partner with third-party providers to expedite our market entry,you’ll work closely with these partners to integrate their solutions into our system.This involves participating in calls, finding the best integration methods, and providing ongoing support.
5. AI and Prompt Engineering:With AI becoming more integral to backend development, you’ll leverage AI to speed up development processes and maintain best practices. Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-driven problem-solving is a significant plus in our team.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python, microservices, backend development and scalable architectures.

What you will do:
- Handling multiple projects end to end across multiple domains with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Design, etc)
- Analyzing business requirements preparing project plan ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and day to day project management activities
- Participating in client calls to discuss the nature, urgency and root cause of the problems and appropriately taking decisions in collaboration with clients

The SDE 2/3 will be part of the engineering/development team in Games24x7 Pvt. Ltd. and will be responsible for taking ownership of the core products of the company. About this Role
As we scale and build our organisation, we would like to add an individual to our core Technical Leadership who can scale our key products and projects and help us build and foster relationships with Enterprise clients.
We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader to join our fast growing organisation to help us with driving Technical Strategy, Approach and oversee the Implementation for internal and external products. You should be someone who loves Engineering, have amazing debugging skills and slay problems with technology.
In this role, you will undertake Technical / Solution Architecture and should also be able to help team with Engineering and coding wherever required. That includes, working along with the team, writing code, doing R&D or POCs, ensuring we follow modern industry standards and building beautiful high performing Software and Applications and thus delivering a better solution and product. You will also help FP build strong relationships with clients and technical leadership on the client side.
You would be required to have a minimum of 10+ years of experience with a mix of Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cyber - Network Security, Enterprise Application Maintenance, Database Management along with Project, Client and People Management skills which are necessary to lead the team and be their voice. You should be a leader and not just a manager who loves delegating things to the off-shore team, but rather someone who would not hesitate to take over Git-Pull and start writing code and show ‘here is how it’s done’ and amaze everyone with your expertise! :-)

FE will work as a decision maker for the trucker side, where he will be entitled to take decisions regarding truck on-boarding, trip finalization, ongoing trip issues or payment related issues, etc. FE will make decisions regarding trucker side operations with taking the Admin team in confidence.
✔ During trucker on-boarding, if any of the truck owners are having more than ten numbers of trucks with the same owner; FE will have to notify the accounts department about it for taxation purposes.
✔ Any kind of internal communication from the trucker side such as communication with material side, admin team, accounts department, or any other department of the organization will be done only through FE.
✔ The same way any communications from the trucker side with individuals who are not part of an organization such as truck owners, transporters, and other stakeholders will be done under direct monitoring of FE.
✔ FE will also have to guide the executives to upload dummy truck-ads to keep the consignors engaged on our platform, but this task shall be done under strict monitoring of FE.
✔ FE will also have to guide and support the executives to finalize the trips.
✔ All the advance payments for finalized trips will be firstly verified by FE, then only he/she will communicate it to the accounts department.
✔ During the loading the process if there is any damage by the driver within the premises of the consignor, FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make the settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.
✔ In the same way, if there is any damage to the material while unloading, FE will communicate regarding these with truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.
✔ In case of Payment delay or no payment conditions, FE will coordinate with SME and take decisions for trip continuity.
✔ In case of any major breakdown, accident, material/vehicle damage or seizure of vehicle/material by any authority FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner to continue the trip.
