Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in manual testing. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure quality through testing, and lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives, ensuring that software products meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop, implement, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
• Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality software products.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues or bottlenecks, and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management with a focus on software testing.
• Proven track record of managing projects involving manual and automation testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in software testing (both manual and automation).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Solid experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, QTP, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Rawmart in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), and product design. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design and implementation of projects.

We are looking for a strong full stack engineer who has experience building web and mobile applications for enterprise and consumers. You will help design, build and maintain scalable applications and build the API infrastructure that can be used across all client products.

Responsibilities:
