Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Integrations, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing complex Salesforce applications across multiple clouds while ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.

·        Work on Experience Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, and Data Cloud.

·        Develop custom APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, or Middleware tools.

·        Build scalable, reusable Lightning Web Components and optimize performance.

·        Configure profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules for secure data access.

·        Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD automation using Git/SFDX.

·        Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

·        Mentor junior developers and maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with NestJS framework
• Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM and complex database schemas
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Swagger documentation
• Proven experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest

Frontend

• Expert-level React knowledge and modern React patterns (hooks, context, etc.)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (code splitting, memoization, lazy loading)
• Strong grasp of responsive design and modern CSS practices

General

• Demonstrated experience conducting thorough code reviews

- Strong logic and analytical skills.

- 5+ Years of experience with PHP, React.js, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Database Experience - Postgres or other relational databases.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience with modern dev stack (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as cloud hosting solutions would be an added advantage but not compulsory.

Must Good English communication

• Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems. 

• Oversee and maintain business process configuration, inbound and outbound integrations, and security
