**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a strong understanding of various platforms, and is eager to learn and contribute to our digital presence. As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
**Responsibilities**
1. Content Creation:
- Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
2. Social Media Management:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with the online community.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your social media presence.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Community Engagement:
- Foster and maintain relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and user-generated content.
5. Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment of messaging across various channels.
**Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or recent graduate
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

1. Planning digital content marketing strategies, creating & curating posts for social media handles (5-6 articles to be written per month).

Lead a team to develop, standardise and localise content growth methodologies, KPIs and best practices to help and accelerate category teams' work to drive content diversification, growth and consistency.
