Job Title: Jr QA Tester (Manual and Automation)

We are seeking a talented QA Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on mobile app testing, API testing, and website testing.

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for:

 Developing and executing manual test cases to ensure the quality of mobile applications, APIs, and websites.

 Creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks.

 Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.

 Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

 Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

 Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 2 to 4 years of experience in QA testing.

 Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.

 Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

 Strong understanding of mobile app testing principles for iOS and Android platforms.

 Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

 Experience testing web applications across different browsers and devices.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and collaboration skills.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who will develop designing and develop new software solutions; as well as support existing product updates and enhancements. Our Senior Software Engineer will join a growing team of developers responsible for building new and supporting existing products.

• Understand complex application design and program activities in the latest techniques and technologies: PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Rest APIs, Javascript, React, CSS, HTML and AWS Infrastructure
• Implement high-quality code in an agile, test-driven development environment
• Create high-performance APIs, libraries and microservices that scale to meet/exceed client expectations
• Participate in design and code reviews 
• Perform performance and scalability analysis as needed
• Find creative and elegant solutions to complex problems
• Research, evaluate and adopt next-generation technologies 
• Build automated unit and integration tests as needed 
• Work closely with our Designers, Engineers, Product Owners and Application Engineers and build automated solutions
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
• Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale
• Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them
• Grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting and hiring

• 5+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, Rest APIs, 
• 3+ years of experience with Javascript, React, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with AWS Infrastructure a plus 
• Experience with Github and tools like Bugsnag and Crashlytics 
• Experience working in an agile environment that follows Scrum or other agile methodologies 
• Experience developing software for Enterprise clients is preferred 
• Experience working with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering  
• 6+ years of software development experience 
• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) model building scalable platforms utilizing micro services/distributed systems architecture using: restful APIs by internal and external partners 
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Demonstrated experience with multi-tier applications
• Additional experience in customer-facing sustaining, support work and customer communication

As the SCM Manager, you will be managing procurement of product, packaging and services for all ongoing and future brand launches.

What you need to have:

• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements for APIs

• Document functional and non-functional testing scenarios and cases where needed, on one of the test management tools
• Identify or create data for testing 
• Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure
• Develop test automation scripts using tools like RestAssured and SoapUI
• Must be able to use all web methods like GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, etc.
• Validate feedback, response time, and error code
• Validate XML and JSON body using JSON Parser 
• Raise PR to check in code for test automation scripts
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts

Mandatory Skills


• Intermediate to advanced level skill in programming using Java and/or Python
• Intermediate to advanced level skill in using API test automation tools and developing test automation frameworks - RESTAssured, Postman, SoapUI, Karate, Robot
• Intermediate to advanced level skill in working with databases preferably SQL
• Configuration management - GIT • Build management - Maven
• Continuous Integration - Jenkins
