Shift: 10 am to 5 pm (Sundays off)

Salary: 15000 INR - 20000 INR (+5000 INR)

Position Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the company’s business development efforts. You will work closely with the business development team to support their initiatives and help drive growth for the company. This opportunity will provide you with valuable experience in the advertising industry and expose you to the strategies and tactics involved in attracting new clients and expanding existing relationships

Job Requirements

•  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•  Completed or pursuing Master’s degree (MBA or any relevant degree or diploma)
•  Salesforce experience or any other role-related experience is a plus.
•  Strong new business development skills.
•  An awareness of metrics and an appetite for setting and achieving goals.
•  Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
•  Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal

 Job Responsibilities

  Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

I) Identification & Planning:

•  Generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities
•  Identify new customer segments & markets to tap into based on seasonal trends

II) Lead generation and Cold calling

•  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
•  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
•  Calling the potential leads and taking it to close

 III) Market Research & Expansion

•  Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
•  Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
•   Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer as a Tech-Cofounder who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming. You will be responsible for developing & designing a project/product from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge functional abilities and other company's resources to improve efficiency.
• Additionally, ensure collaboration between workers is easier and optimizes the company's inside IT processes/infrastructure.
• Developing the product vision.
• Designing user interactions on web pages. Selecting a technology stack, designing the application architecture, setting up a scalable cloud-based infrastructure (as well as choosing the cloud service provider), and testing the application.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality. Make sure that the company's data is protected.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Responsible for developing a minimum viable product (MVP) in the shortest time possible.

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart

6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus

• Build and create Credflow Product - Do development on our tech Stack 
• Understand requirements from the product manager and sometimes talk to customers to understand the exact requirement and develop insights. 
• Maintain the product and optimize over time for performance
