Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments by analyzing borrowers' financial data, including financial statements, credit scores, and income details.
• Develop and refine predictive models using advanced statistical methods to forecast loan defaults and assess creditworthiness.
• Collaborate in the formulation and execution of credit policies and risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of loan portfolios, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and standards, ensuring all risk assessment processes are in compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on credit risk analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Work closely with underwriting, finance, and sales teams to provide critical input influencing lending decisions.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions, adjusting risk assessment models and strategies accordingly.
• Utilize cutting-edge financial technologies for more efficient and accurate data analysis.
• Engage in continual learning to stay abreast of new tools, techniques, and best practices in credit risk management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech or Engineering degree from a reputed institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• A proactive approach to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

What the day will look like

• Lead all aspects of the financial reporting for client accounts and serving as the primary contact for individuals from various departments, such as risk management, corporate controllership, tax, legal, etc.

• Drive communication & processes for client service teams in order to ensure quality and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory filings.

• Mentor and develop accounting team members.

• Coordinate efforts with outside service providers, including actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers, claims adjusters and outside counsel to proactively meet client needs.

• Communicate and implement business plan changes with State regulators.

• Prepare and present materials during client board meetings.

• Accounting degree, CPA or insurance designation(s) preferred.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Houston,Texas

This position is eligible to participate in one of Saint Anton Hospital's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Job Description:

The UI Engineer(4-7)  will design; develop front-end for AgroStar product solutions.

 Key areas of responsibility:

1. Responsible for core UI framework, implements and maintains it.
2. Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
3. Responsible for the development of the front-end applications and components.
4. Responsible for architecture & design of the product.
5. Co-ordinate with the backend engineers & designers for requirement gathering of the product.
6. Responsible for creating POCs to design a scalable system.
7. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
8. Responsible for quality assurance including web usability, accessibility, testing and debugging.

 As an ideal ‘Agstar UI Engineer’, you will need:

 3-7 years of prior hands-on experience in building responsive web interfaces for consumers

Significant experience with Git and GitHub including managing branches, merges, and administration

Ability to translate product requirements into functional code.

Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning.

Top-notch programming skills.

Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision

Strong development experience on the following technologies -

HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX,  working with REST APIs.

Must be fluent in writing code in  ES6+ along with linters.

CSS preprocessor - SCSS/ LESS.

Front end frameworks/library such as ReactJS, Redux.

Web standards, Responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility, SEO, Accessibility.
