Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive in the Fintech Industry specializing in Payment Gateways, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts within the Business, Merchant, and Enterprise (BME) segment. You will play a critical role in expanding the market presence of our payment gateway solutions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
· Identify and prospect potential clients within the fintech industry, including startups, established companies, and financial institutions, to promote and sell our payment gateway solutions.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and effectively position our payment gateway offerings.
· Understand the unique requirements of each client and tailor payment gateway solutions to address their specific needs, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
· Maintain a deep understanding of our payment gateway products, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.
· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the department.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth and maintain a competitive edge
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional post-sales support.
· Effectively manage and update sales pipelines, activities, and progress using CRM tools.
· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting achievements and potential areas for improvement
· Proactively seek opportunities for professional growth, staying current with industry advancements and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of successful sales in the fintech, payment gateway, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively translate them to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks would involve:
- Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Working with marketing agency partners to plan and execute digital app acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and team players.
- Making analytics and data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition & retention strategy (funnel improvement, In-app engagement, ROAS, LTV etc.).
- Providing complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and taking relevant action on insights gained.
- Taking KRAs and brand objective ownership and commitment to meets goals and targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with the BD/ Sales teams to plan and execute various marketing initiatives such as events, SMS campaigns, sales training, partner collaboration etc.

What are we looking for in a Candidate?
- Experience in App Marketing in B2B domain is preferred.
- Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in similar/relevant roles.
- Prior experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth role is a plus.
- Masters/MBA is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with - Google Playstore/Console, Firebase/Branch/MixPanel, Appsflyer/TUNE etc.
- Proven track record of delivering user acquisition growth, retention, and optimization across key mobile metrics is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills: bias toward decision making based on data, and good proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.

- Establish, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
- Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes

- CISO is also responsible to ensure customer audits as well as re-certification and surveillance audits and successful.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address the NC closures.
- CISO shall ensure the information incidents are responded and resolved on time to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
What you’ll bring along:
- Degree in business administration or a technology-related field required.
- Professional security management certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
