Role & Responsibilities:

• Business Development responsible for growing sales on, ETT – Sales, Certification solution, Reskilling Offerings, Persona Based Offering and content Development.
• Identifying, recruiting (MOU) and on-boarding new channel partners (( Lars Vars , Distributors, Learning partners , Hardware OEM’s )
• Create and execute business plans ( joint calendars for certification ) to meet sales goals.
• Working with partner to plan and Execute GTM plans to generate and grow demand (Certification, Certification Add on, Persona Onboarding, Reskilling, Onboarding Add on, ETT)
• Upselling & Cross-selling to partners to achieve higher Sales.
• Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business
• Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of B2B Sales / Channel Sales / Partner Management experience in IT Solutions, Training Solutions, Certification Sales, or Technology Services.
• Must have experience working with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, or strategic alliances
• Must have supported or driven partner-led sales cycles, including requirement alignment, proposal coordination, and deal closure
• Business Planning & GTM Execution):Experience creating joint business plans, certification calendars, GTM strategies, and sales campaigns with partners.
• Must be able to coordinate across partners, internal teams, and end customers effectively.
• Must have a technical or IT-oriented education background —BE / BSc IT / MSc IT is mandatory.

Job Title: Structured Finance Analyst – Energy Transition at AI Platform

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-closing due diligence on structured finance deals, including project finance, securitization, and asset-backed lending in energy transition sectors (solar, wind, battery storage, EV infrastructure).
• Analyze credit structures, collateral quality, and cash flow modeling to independently validate underwriting assumptions and identify key risks.
• Prepare detailed investment analysis reports benchmarking AI-driven diligence results against manual underwriting.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineering teams to refine the underwriting platform through continuous feedback on accuracy, coverage gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in structured finance and renewable energy project finance.
• Participate actively in transaction discussions, providing insightful analysis and contributing to decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of structured finance experience from an investment bank, rating agency, private credit fund, or fintech lender specializing in structured products.
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing structured finance products, including ABS, project finance, or infrastructure debt.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario testing.
• Understanding of credit risk assessment, collateral valuation methodologes, and deal structuring principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a closely related field; CFA Level I or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts.

• Digital Marketing (preferably SEO – keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, local business listing optimization and web analytics reporting) required; B2B experience an advantage
• University graduate
• Solid knowledge on SEO and Web Analytic Tools (preferably GA4, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Search Console etc)
• Background in Paid Search (PPC) or Paid Social is an advantage
• IT literate with extensive experience in internet.
• Must know the modern techniques of content marketing.
• Proficient in creating and presenting comprehensive SEO reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
• Good Communication Skills
