About the Role
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker who can rapidly accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies focused on reaching medical practices interested in adopting AI technology. You'll own our growth metrics and continuously experiment to find the most effective channels for driving business results.
As our Growth Hacker, you'll build and optimize our digital marketing infrastructure from the ground up. You'll leverage your expertise across SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion optimization to create scalable growth strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
Your responsibilities will fall into 3 key categories:
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic to our website
- Build and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to diversify our marketing mix
- Create compelling landing pages and optimize conversion funnels
Analytics & Optimization
- Set up robust tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign performance
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Conduct A/B tests across channels to optimize messaging, creative, and targeting
- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators and growth metrics
- Make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve ROI
Healthcare Marketing Expertise
- Develop deep understanding of the healthcare provider market and purchasing behaviors
- Create messaging that resonates with medical practices and addresses their specific pain points
- Navigate healthcare compliance considerations in marketing materials and campaigns
- Build relationships with industry publications, associations, and influencers
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing messaging aligns with product capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through multiple channels
- Hands-on experience managing SEO, paid search/social, and email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
