Social Media Marketer

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join an AI engineering startup developing a document collection platform for accountants and professional services firms. 

Preference to candidates from Kerala, India.

The product eliminates the friction involved in gathering client files by automating document requests, centralising their collection, and organising incoming documents according to each organisation’s preferred folder structure.

The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of work from start to finish, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality solutions within tight timeframes.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll work with Python and Django daily, including models, views, templates, background jobs, and the wider product around them.

The frontend uses Django templates with HTMX and Alpine.js, built with Vite, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. The stack runs in Docker using PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Celery.

You may also assist with ancillary projects, including custom integrations.

Project-based training will be provided.

Technology Stack

Must Have

• Strong Python and Django skills
• Comfortable working with Docker
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Clear communication skills, including providing concise updates, asking honest questions, and writing information that others can act on
• Evidence of exceptional ability—not simply a list of tools, but something challenging you have built or solved

Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of relevant professional experience.

Nice to Have

• Frontend experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with HTMX, Alpine.js, TypeScript or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Celery or pytest
• Experience with integrations, including APIs, OAuth and cloud storage
• Basic accounting knowledge

Job Summary

The Technical Lead in Web Development with a focus on JavaScript, Drupal, and PHP will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical team in the development of web applications using these technologies. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation while adhering to best practices. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using javascript, drupal, and php.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.

3. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.

5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web development and recommend improvements to existing processes.

6. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members for skill development and knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in web development using javascript, drupal, and php.

2. Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as html, css, and bootstrap.

3. Experience in developing and maintaining drupal based websites and applications.

4. In-depth knowledge of php frameworks such as laravel or symfony.

5. Familiarity with database management systems, especially mysql.

Strong SAP EWM Functional Consultant Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and minimum 1 rollout project (full lifecycle exposure – Requirement Gathering to Go-Live & Hypercare).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong hands-on experience in Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes, including Goods Receipt, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Staging, and Goods Issue.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong process knowledge in O2C (Order-to-Cash), Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Execution processes.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience in Decentralized EWM and SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM (Cloud-oriented landscape preferred).

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution – Outbound processes) and SAP TM (Transportation Management).

Mandatory (Domain Exposure) – Candidates must have worked in Manufacturing or Supply Chain-driven environments; Automotive industry experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1.Make 20 Calls each day to filter and qualify leads as per the program suitability

2.Conduct min of 18 zoom meetings/walk-ins each week for qualified and interested candidates

3.Conduct minimum of 10 assessments each week against the shortlisted and thereby interested for enrolment candidates alone

4.Facilitate the entry level assessment and result discussions with the concerned as instructed by the reporting head
5.Bring in 3 closures each week of meticulously either full sale value or of part payments

6.Exhibit effective client relations and bring in passive income by creating referral database

7.Conduct in person meetings with walk-ins client as assigned

8.Maintain up-to-date MIS reporting (call logs, sales summary sheet, target tracker & Selection list Superr’30). And adapt to any new addition to the list.
9.Ensure 20 closures of 100 qualified leads assigned in a month
10.Attend all weekly review meetings and come prepared with the sales review summary report
11.Liaison efficiently with back-end operations for hassle free client handling and ensure client is informed with no discrepancy of his best chances and impact of our services

12.Attend all training programs as and when requested by the reporting head

13.Facilitate new joiner training programs as instructed by the head.

14.Participate in marketing initiatives as and when required.
