Store Manager – Apparel Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations in our apparel store. The role involves driving sales, managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service

Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store team performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer escalations

Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory control

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA Retail preferred)

3–7 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail, with at least 1–2 years as Store Manager

• Excellent knowledge of Local premium GT and MT
• Have handled 3-4 SO's ,promoters, merchandiser.
• Non- food somewhat related to our product will be an added advantage. 
• Good in communication and reporting. 
• Excellent distributors handling/Negotiation (Age - less than 40)

Collaborating with the client to understand their business objectives and shepherding them through the intricacies of the Salesforce platform. Analyze and review of business, functional, and technical requirements

Design and create application architecture and develop solutions that achieve the customer’s objectives that are secure, scalable and maintainable; translating business requirements into systems, services, and solutions. Implementing automation to improve processes

Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with business and technical team members and stakeholders, include across team and organizational boundaries

Primary Responsibilities : 

• Manage Software Development project activities for project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Work collaboratively with development team, technical lead and business analyst to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both core and supporting systems.
• Create, manage, monitor and track Project schedules, Project scope statements, Resource plans etc.
• Resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Ensure project execution according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

Experience required 8 + years

-Strong understanding of Swift & Objective-C, MVC/MVVM, and Cocoa APIs/frameworks

-Experience with AVFoundation, CoreData,Core location, CoreAnimation, CoreGraphics, NSURLSession,

iOS background modes, tvOS, JSON, CocoaPods,3D touch.

-Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

-Strong understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.

-Strong understanding of auto layout and UI implementation.

-Strong understanding of Git.

-Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

-Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

-Establish unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

-Knowledge in making network calls using Alamofile(swift), AFNetworking(Objective - C), and using native

NSURLSession.

-Good debugging skills and knowledge to use Instruments App.

-App store deployment and certificate management knowledge.
