Software Development: Design, code & test high quality applications. 

Architectural Design and Planning: Collaborate with technical lead & architects to create the 

design & architecture of complex systems. 

Technology Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, 

and industry advancements. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and 

frameworks to drive innovation and improve our technical capabilities. 

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and 

coding standards. 

Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in existing systems and propose 

effective solutions. 

Code Review: Apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address 

software design and coding challenges 

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation 

Collaboration: Work closely with

• Clarify feature requirements with product team
• Design end to end feature flow

• Must have experience with any scripting language (Javascript/NodeJS preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Have knowledge about Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis

JD - Java Developer (Backend Developer)

Technical Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in doing development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring modules (Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, etc.), Hibernate, Web Services
• Worked on REST web services.
• Worked on application server : Tomcat
• Worked on Eclipse IDE
• Knowledge of Swagger, Postman
• Worked on Database like MySQL
• Worked on Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
• Good to have knowledge of using Docker and Mongo DB

Overall Roles & responsibilities:

• Consult with client team to understand business requirements and with solution architects / team lead to understand the application architecture.
• Develop/code applications following specifications using the appropriate tools and adhering to the standard coding standards.
• Coordinate unit testing, integration testing and bug fixing with the development and quality assurance team.

The role of software engineer here is, to develop the application software that is being used on compactors and to do thorough software testing methodically. Expertise is needed on both embedded & application development.

• Expertise on Object oriented programming.
• Highly proficient in C# & C++. Expertise on .NET Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
• Proficient in windows frameworks like WPF, WCF, etc for developing desktop applications.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure / other cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge on C programming and some exposure to embedded software development.
