We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for our wealth management brand. The role involves editing educational, promotional, and social media videos that build trust, clarity, and brand credibility among investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, YouTube, website, ads, and internal communications
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos
• Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Ensure videos align with BFC Capital’s brand tone and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Manage video files, versions, and timelines efficiently

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Experience with motion graphics and subtitles
• Basic knowledge of color correction and sound editing
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing finance, investment, or corporate content
• Understanding of YouTube & social media algorithms

Design and develop scalable web applications using MEAN/MERN stack.

Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, DevOps).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Angular/React.
• Hands-on experience in LLM apps, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

About the role:

· Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

· Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

· Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers

· Plan and manage Welcome Email, calls, escalations, handover/possession etc
