Senior Software Engineer

Location: Mumbai Experience: 3+ years Education: Bachelors or Masters In Engg. We are looking for a Backend developer who possesses a passion for pushing technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our scalable real-time services. Primary Skills and Functional Experience: • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding • Strong ability and eagerness to quickly learn new technologies • Strong object-oriented programming skills • Good understanding of common design patterns and principles • Passion for code quality and attention to detail • A “go-getter” attitude with oceans of optimism, humility and self-motivation Desired Skills and Functional Experience: • Advanced level experience with Ruby on Rails, RSpec, and Cucumber • Experience designing and building RESTful web APIs • Understanding of major browsers and the special considerations required for each • Strong experience in relational database and SQL • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Distributed Caches and Data-Grids • Experience with Git
