About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solana Developer to design, develop, and audit smart contracts (programs) on the Solana blockchain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building decentralized applications and developing on-chain programs using Rust and the Anchor framework. This role involves building secure blockchain infrastructure, integrating oracle systems, and supporting tokenization platforms including Real World Assets (RWA).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts (programs) on the Solana blockchain.

• Design and implement secure on-chain logic for tokenization platforms including Real World Assets (RWA).

• Integrate oracle solutions to fetch and verify off-chain data for blockchain applications.

• Conduct smart contract security audits and identify vulnerabilities.

• Ensure contract security, performance, and scalability.

• Work with Solana ecosystem tools including SPL Tokens and wallet integrations.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain features.

• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of blockchain programs.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Rust for Solana smart contract development.

• Experience with the Anchor framework.

• Good understanding of Solana architecture, accounts model, and transactions.

• Hands-on experience with SPL Tokens and token management.

• Experience with smart contract auditing and security practices.

• Familiarity with oracle integrations for off-chain data.

• Strong debugging and testing skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or a

related field.

• Equivalent practical experience in blockchain or Web3 development may also be considered.

• Relevant certifications in blockchain development are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building RWA tokenization platforms or DeFi protocols.

• Experience auditing smart contracts.

• Familiarity with wallet integrations and transaction signing.

Job Summary

We are building a blockchain platform focused on NFT-based records and tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). The frontend is already developed, and we are looking for a skilled Blockchain Backend Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and blockchain services.

This role involves building production-grade, verifiable blockchain systems with a strong focus on NFTs, on-chain verification, and metadata integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Immediate Scope

• Design and develop NFT minting and issuance (single & batch)
• Implement NFTs linked to real-world records (certificates, titles, permits)
• Enable on-chain public verification (Token ID, Contract Address, Blockchain)
• Design and manage NFT metadata (on-chain / IPFS) with metadata locking
• Implement document hash anchoring for tamper-proof verification
• Develop public verification APIs and QR-based verification flow
• Work with at least one EVM-compatible blockchain (Polygon / Base / Ethereum L2)

Phase 2 – Nice to Have (Future Scope)

• Security token issuance with transfer restrictions
• Whitelisting and compliance-ready token flows
• Investor onboarding and agreement binding
• Distribution handling, investor data room, and referral tracking

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Solidity
• Hands-on development with ERC-721 and/or ERC-1155

What are we Building:
We are building an Ethereum-based Protocol for structured yield and synths. The protocol leverages permissionless-ness and transparency of DeFi to create predictable yield and increase capital efficiency of capital deployed over various products in the DeFi ecosystem.

Our first product focuses on liquidity management on Uniswap V3.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and testing smart contracts and related infrastructure

Qualifications

• Deep technical and practical understanding of DeFi protocols and DevOps practices for interfacing with them (both Ethereum and any other relevant one) Must have extensive knowledge of Solidity, smart contract development (web3js or ethersjs), testing and deployed a functioning smart contract on ETH mainnet.
• Knowledge of Javascript (knowledge of Golang/Python programming is nice to have).
• Must be comfortable working with either hardhat or truffle.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with several ongoing concurrent projects
