Job Description:

The candidate should have an Engineering or BSc degree or/and relevant certifications from a reputable institute with 2-16 years of experience. He should be able to work independently and deliver results on schedule. He/She should have good team player skills to collaborate and lead, and share knowledge with others.

The candidate should be interested for a long term stable career to grow with our company and willing to work in 1 PM - 10 PM shift.

.          Should have delivered successful end-to-end development to deployment experience on Web applications and Api’sin last 3-6 years.

.           Must have good experience in Dot net core, MVC, C#, web api, Angular 2+ versions, HTML, CSS, OOPS.

• Experience in MySQL is a must and added advantage to have knowledge of NOSQL database.
• Extensive experience in writing rest full API
• Experience in using version controls such as GIT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
• Good to have experience in testing and debugging new programs using Firebug, Fiddler, Insomnia, and Postman Developer tools.
• Good in implementing the business rules in different layers like UI, services, and database.
• Should have 2-4 years’ experience in backend development
• Experience in service-based development using technologies such as Web API and RESTful services. 
• Proficient in S/W Development life cycle, Database Designing, and Database creation. 
• Proficient in writing clean, well-structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.

.         Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, and take responsibility for delivering to time and quality requirements.

. Job Summary:

The Lead Developer provides technical expertise which requires a working knowledge of the technical infrastructure underpinning the applications. Plans, consults, and coordinates complex project assignments in the design, development and implementation of applications software. Works as part of a service or project team to implement complex technical solutions that meet business requirements. Responsible for contributing to the planning of the work programs and the review, development, and modification of best practices and technical solutions. Provides supervision to a team of Developers

. What success looks like in this role:

• You will lead a team of 5-10 developers building web apps with React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB, and mobile apps with React Native.

• Architect scalable and high-performance web and mobile apps using proven JavaScript stacks like MERN and MEAN

• Establish best practices for web and mobile development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD

• Proficiency in TypeScript is required to develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of our web applications.

• Plan sprints, assign tasks, and oversee code reviews, testing, and releases

• Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack

• Manage technical debt and spearhead migrations to new libraries/frameworks when needed

• Hire and mentor developers and promote an engineering culture of learning and excellence.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Quick problem-solving skills with exceptional aptitude and reasoning. • Good orator, presenter with influencing skills to manage and negotiate complex conflicting resolutions.

• Ability to frame ideas in words to provide a perspective and outcome from analyzing them.

• Experience in leading, managing, mentoring a team of junior developers.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

: • Bachelor's in engineering (B.E or BTech.), MCA.

• 5+ years' experience leading web and/or mobile engineering teams

• Deep expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, and MongoDB • Experience building web apps with MERN or similar stacks • Experience building mobile apps with React Native or similar frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

• Strong leadership skills and commitment to building a world-class engineering team

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement scalable web applications and platforms using technologies such as Typescript, NestJS, Angular, NodeJS, ExpressJS, TypeORM, and Postgres

·         Good understanding of web and REST API design patterns

·         Experience with AWS technologies such as EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, ALB will be an added advantage

·         Hands-on experience with unit test frameworks like Jest

·         Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git

·         Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure as code

·         Basic knowledge of Docker compose and Docker

·         Strong understanding of microservices architecture and ability to implement components independently

·         Proven track record of problem-solving skills
