POSITION OVERVIEW

Vetra is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth execution of production activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, quality standards, material coordination, team management, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production management experience, and the ability to maintain timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations. 
• Ensure orders are completed on time as per production schedules. 
• Maintain product quality standards and reduce rework or defects. 
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material availability. 
• Monitor machinery and ensure regular maintenance for smooth functioning. 
• Improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage. 
• Maintain accurate production and inventory reports. 
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution. 
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance standards are followed. 
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in production (indoor )or factory operations. 
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes. 
• Good knowledge of inventory management and quality control. 
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, and factory operations effectively. 
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. 
• Good communication and reporting abilities. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting preferred. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, Mechanical, or related field. 
• Prior experience in furniture manufacturing, outdoor furniture, interiors, or related industry preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technically sound in Dot Net technology. Good working knowledge & experience in Web API and SQL Server
• Should be able to carry out requirement analysis, design, coding unit testing and support to fix defects reported during QA, UAT phases and at GO Live times.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team with minimal or no supervision from Delivery leads.
• Good experience required in Azure stack of integration technology-Logic app, Azure Function, APIM and Application insights.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Projects Engineer / Site Engineer to manage civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office projects. The role involves end-to-end site coordination, vendor management, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Execute civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office spaces. Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Site Management Supervise site workforce including contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage and coordinate multiple vendors (civil, electrical, HVAC, interiors). Track vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Verify contractor bills and measurements against executed work. Quality & Compliance Ensure all work complies with design specifications and quality standards. Implement quality checks for civil and interior finishes. Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance on-site. Planning & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with stakeholders. Assist in project scheduling and tracking milestones. Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Cost Control Monitor project costs and support in budget tracking. Ensure efficient use of materials and resources. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or civil projects. Strong understanding of interior execution (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, furniture, etc.). Skills Required Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in corporate office projects or workplace fit-outs. Basic understanding of MEP coordination. Exposure to project management tools is an advantage. About the Role

As a Product Operations Lead at EquityList, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable systems and processes that power our product and customer experience. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, maintaining data integrity, optimizing onboarding flows, and ensuring smooth operational execution across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Streamline Customer Onboarding Flows:
• Own the backend of customer onboarding, from data migration to platform setup - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Maintain Data Integrity:
• Manage and monitor customer and product data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Build Operational Systems:
• Design and document internal workflows, tools, and automations that improve visibility and efficiency across Product and CS teams.

• Be the Bridge Between Teams:
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, migrations, and feature rollouts.

• Drive Product Insights:
• Collect, analyze, and present product usage data and feedback to help prioritize improvements and streamline product delivery.

• Optimize Processes Continuously:
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product ops infrastructure and support rapid iteration in a startup environment.

• Contribute to Product Strategy:
