About the Role:

➢ Achieving month's Sales Targets of enrolling students for BFSI courses.

➢ Mobilization of youth and graduates to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs.

➢ Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders and NGOs to partner with us.

➢ Organize events/Sessions/workshop for communities with parents, underprivileged graduates, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the 

community.

➢ Conduct follow-ups on call with children, parents, NGOs and other stakeholders.

➢ Maintain the data of mobilization, planning, stakeholder forms, MOUs, Minutes of meetings, Individual meet forms, Photographs of Events, Community Events reports, NGO Profile forms.

Job description:

Responsibilities: 

• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf-life management  
• Recruiting, managing, motivating, and training the teams   
• Driving store-level, corporate and bulk-order sales   
• Managing store assets and equipment   
• Executing and maintaining in-store visual merchandising   
• Resolving customer concerns in a diplomatic manner   

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• Graduation in any stream  
• MBA/Diploma in Retail Management not mandatory but advantageous  
• 5-8 years' experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality out of which at least 2 years in a team manager role   
• Excellent customer handling and communication   
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement   
• An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude toward goals and deliverables    
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated ReactJS Intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior internship experience to deepen their knowledge and skills in ReactJS while working on cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
• Work closely with designers to implement user interfaces and user experiences.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ReactJS.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Previous internship experience in a software development role.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and its integration with ReactJS.

- The business development counselor interacts with parents or adult learners after they have taken a demo class and have experienced the product. Since these were high intent nurtured leads, There is no cold calling required. The role involves achieving weekly revenue targets by:

- Inviting parents or the adult learners to a video counseling session

- Conducting a detailed video counseling session with the decision-makers and taking them closer to their decision to purchase

- Looking at the entire sales life-cycle, starting from engaging with parents till final conversion and i.e. enrolment in the program

What we're looking for?

- We do not look for any specific degree of GPAs. We are open to all those who have a passion for sales and the zeal to grow quickly in their career.

- You should be located in Gurgaon or should be ready to locate to Gurgaon. This is a work-from-office role.

- You should be okay to work 5 days a week with a weekly off on Thursday. Saturday. Sunday are the most important days for your role as maximum customers take their counseling session on these days.

• Drive and participate in requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design meetings and status review meetings

• Technical Hands on experience in design, coding, development and managing Large Hadoop implementation

Job Description :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

- 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on testing and 2 years as a manager.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodology, Testing tools and Test Automation.

- Experience defining automation strategy and influence planning to achieve automation growth.

- Experience troubleshooting complex systems and root causing customer facing software issues.

- Experience with a number of different programming languages and test automation technologies.

- Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables.
