The Cold Calling Expert will be responsible for initiating contact with school leaders, generating interest in our platform, and setting up meetings for our Business Development team.
This is a high-impact role for someone with persistence, communication skills, and proven success in tele-sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to school decision-makers (principals, directors, IT heads, school owners)
Introduce Student Diwan’s LMS + ERP platform and its benefits
Qualify leads by understanding school requirements and decision-making timelines
Schedule product demos and appointments for the Business Development team
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling / telesales / inside sales (EdTech, SaaS, or B2B is a plus)
Excellent spoken English; Hindi/regional languages a strong advantage
Confidence in handling objections and keeping conversations engaging
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in remote work
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or outreach software preferred
Based in India (Tier-1 or Tier-2 city) with strong internet connectivity

Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate for GPS Installation
- Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard
- Ensure proper tracking and verification. Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit
