• Proven experience as a VC++ Developer.

• Interface with COM ports, USB devices, PCI cards, and Ethernet networks.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Ability to debug and optimize multithreaded applications.
• Strong understanding of Visual C++ and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with software development methodologies.

Desired Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Microsoft Visual C++.

• Develop new features to control company Analyzer and Doser hardware in established code base.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix software issues.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the voice of our clients within Buildesk and ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Implementation

• Guide clients through product setup, configuration, and training.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth adoption of Buildesk solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Understand client workflows in sales, marketing, procurement, and finance to help them maximize value.

Account Growth & Retention

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Drive renewals and maintain a high customer retention rate.

Support & Issue Resolution

• Act as the first escalation point for client concerns.
• Work closely with the product and support teams to resolve issues quickly.

Insights & Reporting

• Gather client feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams.
• Maintain regular reporting on account health, usage, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing (SaaS/ERP/CRM domain preferred).
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Proficiency in tools like CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Skills required:

4.Must be able to create pipelines and prospects for new digital marketing (SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and branding) projects.

5.Must be able to draft proposals and presentations for potential clients

6.Knowledge of digital marketing/SEO tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

7.Must be able to analyze a website and prepare a Website Audit Report

8.Flexible to work in a team environment in the US time zones

Job Description: iOS Developer

• 3+ years of experience in the development of iOS applications.
• Must be well versed with SWIFT & Objective C.
• Expertise in integrating RESTful web services.
• Experience working with storyboard, cocoa-touch and auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Experience with automated build and release process (Adhoc release, Final release).
• Has experience in using Maps API, GPS services for iOS applications.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text, Core Location.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs like Alamo fire.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architecture, trends and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.
