What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of demonstrated experience, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, build and maintain analytics infrastructure, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and product improvements.

You’ll own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from data modeling and dashboard creation to experimentation and KPI development—ensuring that our stakeholders have timely, accurate information to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using the available data and data models, perform analyses that answer specific data questions and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker and Databricks; support monthly reporting requirements
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to support data initiatives for internal use as well as for end customers
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences – provide visual aids, dashboards, reports, and white papers that explain insights gained through multiple analyses
• Monitor select data and dashboards for usage anomalies and flag for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data queries and models
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems; collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

What You Need

We’re seeking an experienced analyst who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment and enjoys tackling technical challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics)
• 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, Pyspark, and other data analyst languages and standards for data querying and manipulation
• Experience working in a collaborative coding environment (e.g., GitHub)
• Experience with data science, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, Looker, Spark, Power BI, Plotly)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders
• Understanding of data lakes and data warehousing concepts and experience with data pipelines
• Knowledge of business systems is a plus (e.g., CRMs, demand generation tools, etc.)

What are we looking for:

• 3+ Years of work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework: Django
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Elastic search, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka will give you an edge over others
• Good understanding of the operating system and networking concepts

The AWS Cloud/Devops Engineer will be working with the engineering team and focusing on AWS infrastructure and automation.  A key part of the role is championing and leading infrastructure as code.  The Engineer will work closely with the Manager of Operations and Devops to build, manage and automate our AWS infrastructure. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS
• Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

Qualifications:

• At least 1-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, S3)
• Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
• Expertise using Chef for configuration management
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform
• Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration

• You primarily identify as a Frontend Engineer or a UI Engineer and are comfortable working on the browser side of things with 7+ years experience (preferably from B2C startup companies).
• You can build accessible interfaces with semantic HTML, CSS, and Javascript.  
• You can build reusable, performant, and well-tested web applications that are responsive and work across various devices and platforms.  
• You can build features from scratch which are modular and scalable. You don’t hesitate to take them from design to implementation.
• You have shipped code to production recently and regularly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
