• Participate in brainstorming sessions for design and other idea-generating sessions • Develop and maintain design mockups, usage scenarios, prototypes, personas • Specifications, navigation maps and other design documents for both web base and mobile apps • Document user flows, create wireframes, and prototypes. • Help in improving user experience. • Provide user interface style guidelines and reusable design assets. • Follow up with feature development teams to make sure that the workflow reflects the customer's needs and ensure consistency among features. • Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with interactive and interface design and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and interactive and interface design. • Prepare low and high fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes in Axure or other prototyping tool) • Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices • Work closely with the development team to create new features from the ground up • Develop understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). • Generate user personas and user scenarios. Qualifications : 3+ years of professional experience as a UX web/mobile Designer. Knowledge and practical experience in Axure or some other prototyping tool. Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, and Javascript. Conceptual understanding of User Experience Design and the Design Process. Understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android. Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy. Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography. Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries. Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
