Django Developer 

Job Description:

• 2+ years of experience coding with Python.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Eager and proactive to learn new technical skills.
• Hands-on experience in developing web APIs and writing database queries in PostgreSQL (MongoDB, MySQL and DynamoDB is a plus).
• Good understanding of OOPs, Multiprocessing and threading.
• Proficient in testing and debugging programs.
• Well-versed with Git and modern development workflow practices

• Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, websites, and social media
• Do basic research and turn ideas into simple, easy-to-read articles
• Learn how to write with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in mind
• Help edit and proofread content for grammar and clarity
• Work with the team to brainstorm new content ideas

Job Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR activities and gain hands-on experience in key areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA students who want to build a career in HR. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the HR team in onboarding new hires, preparing documents, and organizing orientation sessions.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR administration tasks.
• Help in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
• Coordinate and assist in training programs and workshops.
• Provide support in HR policies, compliance, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
• Handle other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA (HR) fresher or a recent graduate in any field, with a strong interest in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Reporting to our global VP of Commercial the Customer Success team lead will be responsible for all aspects of customer success, including:

• Successful onboarding of professionals to buy their first pack
• Delivery of a high standard of customer success maintaining a single view per customer across channels
• Defining and leading the implementation of our customer success policies
• Selection and management of our customer success software
• Maintenance of the help site(s) and template responses - updating as new features become available
• Recruitment, training, and performance management of customer success staff

• Experience in a high volume customer service environment
• Experience hiring and developing customer success staff
• A can-do attitude to get things done efficiently and resolve user queries in a single contact
• Excellent communication style and ability to stay calm under pressure

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Tech/B. Tech in the field of VLSI/Electronics engineering. 
• Proficiency in UVM/SV and C/C++ based functional verification 
• Experience in UPF based low power design verification
• Automation skills in PERL and/or TCL and/or Shell* 
• Team player, with good problem solving and communication skills. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Drive functional verification at IP/SoC level using UVM/SV test bench
• Work closely with design team to define comprehensive feature test plans
• Perform functional and code coverage for logic verification sign-off
• Must have worked on ARM/RISC-V CPU based designs
• Must have performed gate level sim at SoC level
• Pre and Post-silicon debug/validation experience will be a plus
