Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in IT service sales, specifically skilled in LinkedIn outreach, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating qualified leads and converting them into opportunities for a service-based IT company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform LinkedIn prospecting, connection requests, and personalized messaging.
• Run email marketing campaigns using tools like MailChimp, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
• Identify and qualify potential leads for web, mobile, and ERP-based IT services.
• Maintain records of all interactions in CRM.
• Schedule client calls and coordinate with the technical team.
• Research market trends, competitor analysis, and build targeted lead lists.
• Develop relationships with prospects and nurture them into opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator & lead-generation activities.
• Proficiency in Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.)
• Understanding of IT services, software development, and client requirements.
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot preferred.
• Ability to create engaging outreach messages.
• Basic knowledge of Upwork/Freelancing portals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDE in an IT service-based company. 

About the Role

We are seeking motivated DevOps Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This internship provides hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Support deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripts and tools.
• Collaborate with developers to improve build and release processes.
• Help maintain system reliability, security, and performance.
• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).

• Programming skills in Python, knowledge in Statistics.
• Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.). Familiarity with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial domain and familiarity with financial models are highly desirable.
