🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android applications across various versions and device types.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Backend to deliver high-performance mobile applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; uphold code quality and development best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear architecture and clean code.
• Conduct code reviews, lead technical discussions, and ensure performance optimization.
• Ensure support, maintenance, and smooth delivery of deployed applications.
• Stay up to date with Android trends and new tools, integrating them as appropriate.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience with leadership on 1–2+ full-cycle projects.
• Proficiency in Java, with working knowledge of Kotlin preferred.
• Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and Material Design principles.
• Strong grasp of SOAP/RESTful APIs, and experience integrating Android apps with backend services.
• Solid experience with SQLite, writing efficient SQL queries.
• Proficient in XML and screen layout optimization for multiple screen sizes.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and offline data storage.
• Familiar with third-party libraries, cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, and MVVM architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts and data structures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Build cutting edge application using React Native

Requirements

• Firm grasp of the TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle(Android Studio/IntelliJ)

Android

• Strong understanding of the OOPS concept.
• Working experience in Java and Kotlin language. (Must)

• Familiar with Android Jetpack components (Must)
• Idea/Experience of MVC/MVVM and MVP
• At least 1 live application on Playstore. (Must)

Good to have

• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android
• Knowledge of Web RTC.
