Center Manager

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Connect and Heal - CNH Care in Bangalore.

We are hiring for the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) Dept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an entire portfolio of clinics across cities to ensure smooth operations, with the support of regional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A) P&L Ownership

 -Manage the P&L for the OHC business while meeting the profitability requirements quarter on quarter

B) Clinical Operations: 

 -Conduct thorough check on all clinic requirements and ensure smooth operations 

 -Ensuring the MIS for all clinics is done on time (daily / weekly / monthly)

 -Ensure timely audits is done for all clinics 

C) Sourcing Requirements:

 -Coordinating with central sourcing team on all hiring requirements

 -Coordinating with medical governance team on staff training calendar and ensuring smooth trainings

 -Track attendance on daily basis and ensuring no service gap 

D) Client relationships:

 -Managing relationships with PAN India clients and handle client escalations

 - Liaising with different stakeholders (Marketing/sales/product) as per business requirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in excel and experience in handling large data sets
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare industry including hospitals, clinics is a plus

Position: Accounting Intern

Experience: 0–6 Months (2025 graduates only)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Mode: Remote (WFH)

Communication: Excellent English

Responsibilities:

·      Assist in day-to-day accounting activities

·      Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

·      Maintain and update financial records

·      Assist in data entry, reconciliations, and reporting

·      Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Management:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Containerization & Orchestration:

• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy, scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters.

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure pipeline efficiency.

Version Control & Collaboration:

• Manage code repositories and workflows using Git.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize branching strategies and code reviews.

Automation & Scripting:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Write scripts to optimize and maintain workflows.

Monitoring & Logging:

• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Analyze logs and metrics to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.

1. Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.

5. Understanding of RESTful API development and consumption.

18) Ability to manage/Govern Geo and function-wise distributed teams and ensure program delivery is a must.
