Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases based on project requirements.

Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Assist in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test data.

Work closely with developers and Project Manager to reproduce and resolve issues.

Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing.

Support the QA team in maintaining testing documentation and reports.

Learn and gradually contribute to automation testing (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in software testing .

Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing concepts.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

Exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Postman.

Knowledge of SQL and database queries.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent is a plus.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with expertise in infrastructure as a code, configuration management, continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated monitoring for big data workloads, large enterprise applications, customer applications, and databases.

What you will do?

• Automate infrastructure creation with Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation
• Perform application configuration management, and application-deployment tool enabling infrastructure as code.
• Take ownership of the Build and release cycle of the customer project.
• Share the responsibility for deploying releases and conducting other operations maintenance.
• Enhance operations infrastructures such as Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, monitoring tools (Consul), and metrics tools such as Graphite and Grafana.
• Provide operational support for the rest of the Engineering team help migrate our remaining dedicated hardware infrastructure to the cloud.
• Establish and maintain operational best practices.
• Participate in hiring culturally fit engineers in the organization, help engineers make their career paths by consulting with them.
• Design the team strategy in collaboration with founders of the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in using Terraform for IaaC
• 4+ years of configuration management and engineering for large-scale customers, ideally supporting an Agile development process.
• 4+ years of Linux or Windows Administration experience.
• 4+ years of version control systems (git), including branching and merging strategies.
• 2+ Experience in working with AWS Infrastructure, and platform services.
• 2+ Experience in cloud automation tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Exposure to working on container services like Kubernetes on AWS, ECS, and EKS
• You are extremely proactive at identifying ways to improve things and to make them more reliable.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise in multiple cloud services provider: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Associate Level Certificate
• AWS DevOps Professional Certificate

Pre-Employment Assessment: 

You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

• Use prospecting strategies, such as Email Campaigns, Account Based Prospecting, LinkedIn Prospecting, Cold calling, Prospect Nurturing, to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads

• 2+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Candidates should be willing to work evenings & nights to cold call the USA market, as and when required.
• Prior experience as a business development rep with IT Consultancies.
• Self-directing and agile, with the ability to pivot strategies quickly, as needed.

• Within a team of more than 60 people, you will be in charge of: entire HR activities and will carry out the following duties:
• Managing company staff, including coordinating, and supporting the recruitment process.
• Manage Internal and External communication related to HR
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 4) Preparation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
• Support Group policies, good practices and guidelines to managers and monitoring they are properly applied locally
• Compliance implementation and grievance handling. Nurture a positive working environment
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Employee engagement Activities, General administration work at Bangalore office including procurement of office supplies
• Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for Ecocert
• Maintaining knowledge of changing trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources and associated fields.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree + Diploma/MBA in HR
• Experience: 5+ years in human resources (proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive) or recruitment

Technical skills: -

• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRIS)
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
