Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

- Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
- Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization
