What you will do:

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Communicating with teams about layout and design
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Adobe illustrator (must)

You should apply If you:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe illustrator, Photoshop
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

We are seeking a skilled React Native developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in React, React Native, JavaScript, Nest.js, and Node.js. As a key member of our development team, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and efficient React Native applications.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as maintaining and improving the performance of existing applications. The candidate should be well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in the mobile development space and demonstrate a strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.

Key skills for success in this role include proficiency in React and React Native frameworks, advanced knowledge of JavaScript, and experience with Nest.js and Node.js. Responsibilities:

• Take a lead in product and design ideation, planning and prioritisation. Also be responsible for the creative direction the product should take. 
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behaviour and data. 
• Work closely with the Product and the engineering team deliver delightful customer experiences and ship new features
• Take part in creative and holistic thinking across our diverse products and conduct design reviews and status meetings as needed.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Running user testing of applications, software, websites. Troubleshoot UX DESIGNER problems.
• Communicating scenarios, end to end experiences, interaction models and screen designs to other stakeholders
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes 
• Effectively mentor and inspire a team of designers. Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritising and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

Educational Qualifications:

• /MCA /B.Sc.

Software Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience in technologies like PHP (Code Ignitor or Laravel frameworks), Flutter, Java, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Node JS, Python, Rest API, XML/JSON
• Experience in WP CMS framework, Divi Page builder
• Build and Manage Cloud and non-Cloud hosting platforms
• Scheduling Backing up and restoration of Web sites and Domains
• Understanding in Cron job scheduling

Requirements:

• Have experience or self-read knowledge of Agile development methodology
• 1-4 years Website development, CMS framework management and designing
• Development experience on CMS frameworks and worked on Divi page builders and themes, predominantly on WordPress and WooCommerce
• Backend supporting mobile application team for Rest API creations and JSON
• Good in logical reasoning and creative thinking

• Prepare project timeline and effort estimations on-demand
• Take ownership of maintaining the delivery timelines of the project team
• Meet delivery timelines and own client communication for the handling projects
• Manage the project people and drive the team with enthusiasm
• Proven track on continuous learning and problem-solving capability and solution finding skill
