Role Overview
We are seeking an Fresher for Sales Engineer (Elevators & Escalators) to drive regional business development, own technical sales engagements, prepare competitive proposals and work closely with engineering and project teams to secure and execute orders.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage the full technical sales cycle for elevators and escalators: prospect, qualify, scope, propose, negotiate and close contracts.
Conduct on-site surveys and load/space assessments; produce accurate technical specifications, BOQs and compliant engineering proposals.
Prepare and submit commercial bids and tender responses; coordinate with estimating and project teams to optimize pricing and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with design, engineering and installation teams to convert customer requirements into feasible solutions and ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain CRM records, update pipeline and sales forecasts; proactively follow up on leads and post-sales service opportunities.
