Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Back-End Developer with 18 months to 36 months of relevant experience who is ready to work with our CTO directly for a variety of projects. You will work on the end-to-end process of design, development, testing & deployment of our image and video optimization products that handle billions of requests every day. Your projects will vary from open source tools development to building new revenue-critical functionality in our core products. You will also be tasked with feature improvements and possible maintenance of existing products from time to time. 

This role will :
 12+ years of management experience in software engineering.
 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
 Strong experience in delivering user interfacing and business critical applications that are scaleable and highly available.
 Solid Experience working with Java and related technologies
 Experience working with Web and UI technologies (Javascript libraries like React) is a big plus
 Experience with building and running microservices in a polyglot environment.
 A strong understanding of database design, and experience with SQL databases and NoSQL databases like Mongo
 Good knowledge of Cloud native and related technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
 Experience with and a thorough understanding of event stream processing and search solutions (Kafka, Elastic etc)
 Experience with designing and developing hybrid mobile react-native is desirable.
 Experience working on projects using Agile methodologies like Scrum
 Ability to design large-scale applications with excellent run-time characteristics such as low latency, fault- tolerance and availability
 Ability to review designs and code, provide actionable feedback, and the detail orientation to follow-up on all technical topics
 Ability to communicate with large cross-functional teams about various engineering topics such as system architecture, detailed design, APIs, project schedules etc.
 Ability to make the right trade-off choices when dealing with functional complexity, conflicting priorities and
aggressive schedules

Desired skills & experience :
 Bachelor's/  Master's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent
 Represent the team and remove hurdles to enable each team member to operate at the highest level of efficiency and productivity
 Ability to hire, mentor and manage the performance of a large team.
 Ability to communicate with senior executives and business stakeholders.
 A learning attitude to continuously improve the self, team and the organization
 Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations in a fast-paced work environment.

 Enough experience to develop an ASP.NET MVC/EF project from scratch if needed.
 Knowledge of ASP.NET Web API and best practices for developing web services.
 Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment.
 Helpful skills include Microsoft SQL Server SSIS/SSRSGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners.
 Design, develop, code, test, document, implement, support, and maintain new .NET web applications
as well as changes/fixes/enhancements to existing .NET web applications.
 Actively participate in all aspects of new product development and enhancements to existing
applications.
 Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions.
 Documenting ongoing progress, code migrations and status on work assignments (or similar project
management software) and communicates these updates during status meetings.

The salary bracket for Freshers is 37,000 Take Home; Experienced up to 7.5LPA depending on experience.

1. We need strong SOL and PL/SQL skills
