Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation and SQL-based testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of data-driven applications by designing effective test strategies and executing comprehensive test plans.

This role requires hands-on experience with SQL, defect management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy using SQL queries
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Manage defects by logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution
• Work closely with development and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Maintain and produce high-quality testing documentation
• Ensure system data integrity for daily operations
• Participate in CI/CD processes and support release cycles
• Collaborate using tools like Jira, TeamCity, and Octopus

Job Overview: The Quality Control Specialist in Image Captioning is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and quality of captions produced by the captioning team. This role requires a meticulous approach to content review, an excellent understanding of grammar and style, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Review and edit image captions to ensure they meet quality standards and style guidelines.

 • Provide constructive feedback to production resources to help improve the quality of caption outputs.

 • Track and document errors and trends in caption quality to help refine production processes.

 • Collaborate with team leads and content managers to update style guides and training materials based on observed trends and errors.

 • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest best practices in content quality control.

 • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement programs.

 • Ensure compliance with deadlines, and manage priorities to handle high volumes of content effectively.

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.

 • Experience in content editing, proofreading, or a similar QC role, preferably within a digital media environment.

 • Superior knowledge of English, including grammar rules, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances with C2 certification. 

Preferred Skills:

 • Ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and deviations from guidelines in corrected captions.

 • Capability to provide constructive feedback to improve caption quality and adherence to guidelines.

 • Competence in using search engines to verify facts or identify unfamiliar objects or contexts in images.

 • Ability to analyze multiple aspects of a caption, such as context, accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.

 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey feedback.

 • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

 • Experience in training or mentorship roles, providing guidance to others.

Work Type: Remote or In-office, Full-time.

Shift timings are either 9 AM to 6 PM IST or 2 PM to 10 PM IST.

Jr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
• Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats as required for various platforms and media.
• Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, solving design challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably in a digital or online environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt designs into various sizes and formats without compromising on quality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to design challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.

• 4+ years of mobile software development (iOS & Android).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in building mobile apps from scratch using at least one mobile language (Swift, Java, Objective-C, etc.). Experience with multiple platforms is preferred.
• Desire and ability to expand expertise into additional mobile languages.
• Expertise in designing testable software and building large scale, complex applications.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about writing clean, well organized, and production-ready code.
• A portfolio of Apps or SDKs already built and in the App Store and Google Play.
• Desire to build a larger in-house team and manage a group of developers over time.
• Some management experience preferred.
