Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and influencers, and contributing to our growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
• Influencer Partnerships: Search for and vet potential influencers that align with client campaigns. Foster relationships with influencers to ensure a stable and mutually beneficial partnership.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign success. Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing and competitive landscape. Provide strategic insights to the team to aid in decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, campaign results, and business development metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team and help us

develop and maintain various software products. A self-driven coder with a zeal to

learn and work on multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for building highly

responsive web applications that align with our business needs.

Required Skills:

1. Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Python.

2. Extensive experience in designing applications using the framework Django Flask.

3. Must have good hands-on Django and Django Rest Framework for web

framework.

4. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.

5. Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

6. Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process

architecture.

7. Basic understanding of web mark-up, front-end technologies such as JavaScript,

HTML5, and CSS3 .

8. Extensive experience with MySQL or any relational database.

9. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.

10. Must be well versed with Docker.

11. Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as

mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.

12. Strong unit test and debugging skills.

13. Knowledge of AI, and chat GPT will be added.

14. Should have experience in LANG Chain.

15. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

16. Must have basic knowledge of Machine Learning or Bots & and work experience is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Should be responsible for the development of applications in Python (Framework).

2. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

3. Will be mainly responsible for developing with Django & Flask framework.

4. Will be responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

5. Will be working in a team or individually as per the requirement.

6. Can also be involved in client handling, and requirement gathering as per the demand of the project.

7. Prime focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end

Technical Support Engineer, who can assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level. He/She will be responsible for inbound and outbound support tickets from the customer base and addressing customer Technical issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage, maintain, support and troubleshoot the mobile cloud environment and its related mobile devices and suggest adjustments and new system designs for future needs.

Experienced in a tech support role in managing Android, iOS or Windows devices

Work closely with operations and software engineering teams to design and implement scalable and high performance solutions for our platform as a service and internal management tools

Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot simple and complex issues in order to provide outstanding support for internal service level objectives

Deal directly with customers, and respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle issues by providing the appropriate Root cause of the issue

Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within Platform Services Operations; recommend solutions and assist in overseeing implementation. Actively facilitate continuous improvement

Technical Skills – Must Have:

Experience on mobile device platforms (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) 
Knowledge on SAAS product support which has a cloud console -preferably in the mobility space
Working experience with Partners & Customers, Voice and Remote support
Worked on log collection and analyzing tools
Proficient in working on support desk/CRM tools such as Zoho/Zendesk/Salesforce
Experience of issue tracking software such as Jira/Bugzilla/Mantis/Remedy
Resourceful in understanding IT communication, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance in multi-platform environments.

Nice To Have :

Technical troubleshooting involving monitoring web-app performance, crash analysis etc
Should have basic experience in understanding help docs and articles.
Understanding of MDM, EMM on either of the platforms (Android, iOS, Windows & Mac) can be an added advantage.

• Developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
• Building and maintaining an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
• Designing and driving employee referral programs
• Developing and implementing a strong campus hiring program, with the aim to make us the employer of choice
• Planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates
• Serving as liaison with candidates and communicating logistics associated with assessment and interviews
• Conducting background checks for shortlisted candidates
• Implementing the on-boarding program for all selected candidates
• Conducting regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Providing advice and assistance to all levels on various recruiting/ talent acquisition related matters
