You’ll play a key role in

assisting customers via calls, emails, and chats—providing timely, clear, and helpful support.

What You’ll Do:

● Build in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.

● Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate support across chats, emails, and calls.

● Aim for high First Contact Resolution (FCR) in all interactions.

● Address customer inquiries around quotes, orders, delivery status, complaints, returns,

and warranties.

● Manage support tickets with clear and well-written responses.

● Meet daily and weekly performance targets, both individually and as a team.

● Share insights and feedback with the team to improve customer experience and internal

processes.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in software, IT, or internet-based

services.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

● Comfortable working with basic software tools and platforms (tech-savvy preferred).

● A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with expertise in application programming, big data technologies, and cloud services. This role involves solving complex problems, designing scalable systems, and working with advanced technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using OOP principles, data structures, and problem-solving skills.
• Build robust solutions using Java, Python, or Scala.
• Work with big data technologies like Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Utilize AWS services, especially Amazon Redshift, for cloud-based solutions.
• Manage databases including SQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), with Snowflake as a plus.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong skills in OOPS, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with Spark, AWS (Redshift mandatory), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Snowflake experience is good to have.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
2. Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotes.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the sales manager when necessary.
4. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis as required by the sales manager.
5. Coordinate with the sales team for weekly meetings.
6. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the progress of sales targets.
7. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
8. Monitor and track sales targets, quotas.

Qualifications : Graduation in any field

Job Description Android Developer:

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Android Developer Responsibilities:
