You will lead campaign performance analytics, customer database intelligence, and enable data-driven targeting for automation and trigger programs. Key Responsibilities
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Design and deploy customer success and engagement metrics across APJ.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
- Apply statistical techniques to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Elevate marketing campaigns across APJ by enabling advanced targeting criteria, performance monitoring, and test-and-learn frameworks.
- Conduct campaign measurement, identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of business data across markets.
- Build and maintain SQL-based data assets: tables, stored procedures, scripts, queries, and SQL views.
- Provide reporting and dashboards for marketing, sales, and CRM teams using Tableau or Power BI.
- Measure and monitor strategic initiatives against KPIs and provide uplift forecasts for prioritization.
