Our platform connects artistes’ fanbases with their artiste, offering unique experiences, exclusive content, and interactive features.

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Expert to join our team and help design an intuitive, engaging, and visually striking mobile experience in the culture-tech space.

Eligibility:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile app design, digital media and entertainment;
• Understanding of contemporary UX and UI with focus on user engagement design
• Experience in UX Design of software for large and/or complex systems
• Proficient in design software: Adobe XD, Figma and other wireframing softwares/tools

Responsibilities:

·      Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low wireframes, that outline the app’s structure and interaction model.

·      UX Design : Structuring of content, copy for application, UX wireframing

·      UI Design: Create design and interface prototypes, and user flows

·      Work closely with the internal tech and business team to align with the overall vision.

·      Ideate and design interactive features that foster engagement and interactions

·      Designs that are optimized for performance, responsive, and accessible across different mobile devices and screen sizes.

We are looking for a technically savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results. The duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to handle customer complaints and requests. 

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers and maximize value. 

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage client relationships. 

• Develop and manage relationships with the project team/internal team. 
• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience. 
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the delivery team  
• Identify, troubleshoot and proactively solve customer problems  
• Create positive relationships with customers to turn them into brand advocates  

• Responsible for growing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities in existing accounts.  
• Meet with customers on a regular basis  
• Manage billing disputes and upgrade/downgrade requests  
• Provide feedback to the Delivery team on how customers challenges  
• Ensure all contractual obligations are kept up to date, including payment terms. 

• Minimize customer churn.

• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstracting to the UI through a Node.js backend
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems

Aura is developing a platform to help companies/communities mint, buy, trade and sell NFTs in the easiest manner possible. Developing a state of the art store front customized to the community and a user friendly interface to unlock the digital growth of companies in the gaming, art, music, etc space by leveraging the power of NFTs. Requirements:

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Node.js. Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Proficient understanding of security principles
• Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment
• Must have an understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, Mongodb etc.
• Must have an understanding of Cloud: AWS or GCP
• Must have a good understanding of data structures and Algorithms
