Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview : We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer with hands-on experience in 3D animation to join our creative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating concepts into visually engaging motion graphics and animations across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities :

Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for marketing, branding, explainer videos, product demos, and social media.

Design and animate visual assets including intros, transitions, lower-thirds, titles, etc.

Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful visual content.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.

Maintain consistency in design and adhere to brand guidelines.

Required Skills :  Proven experience with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.  Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.  Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and motion design principles.  Ability to handle end-to-end motion graphics projects independently.  Strong creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

• Structured Query Language (SQL), e.g. SQL/PSM, Transact-SQL queries, writes SQL scripts in SQL Server 2000/2005/ 2012/ 2016, etc.
• 1+ years in Cloud Database services like AWS Dynamo DB / RDS
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills of existing functional implementation to derive leaner solutions and effective performance between applications software, systems software, and installed hardware.
• Database instance maintenance tasks such as DB Integrity Checks, Index Maintenance.
• High availability like clustering, log shipping, mirroring, replication.
• Backup and disaster recovery, Capacity planning and performance monitoring, Physical database structure, RDMS administration roles, instances, profiles, and security connectivity.
• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and following change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
• Establishing backup and recovery or replication plans to minimize data loss and system downtime.
• Improving data quality through data analysis, monitoring, gap analyses, and working with the teams to provide solutions and resolve errors.
• Maintaining data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users).
• Reviewing the security logs from the SQL Server Error Logs to determine if you had a breach or a violation in one of your policies.
• Ensures optimal database performance and availability.

·      Creation & maintenance of Databases in AWS.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Executive to manage invoicing, reconciliation, and expense tracking. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up systems and SOPs related to finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete bookkeeping operations of the company consisting of all financial transactions, accounts payables, receiveables, inventory, etc.
• Reconciliation of statements from marketplaces, D2C website, etc. in a timely manner.
• Keep relevant teams of operations, marketing, etc. and founders fully informed about trends or observations obtained from bookkeeping activities.
• Generating and maintaining financial reports of the company and suggesting strategies and actions to the founders.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting and billing softwares such as TallyPrime.
• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience of bookkeeping operations preferably with a D2C company.
• Awareness about Indian taxation laws including GST compliance.
• Diligent approach towards accounts and willingness to learn about new laws.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Skills

• Strong development experience in Java, JavaScript on Node.js
• Proficiency in full stack web application development (MEAN stack)

• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project requirements)
• Good experience with AJAX, REST and JSON
• Experience with AWS cloud services will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 2 - 6 years of hands on experience developing, implementing and delivering web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar SDET role.
• Demonstrated experience in test framework design, development and having a strong QA mindset.
• Proficiency in any open source Automation Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or similar other tools.
• Define test strategies, analyse test results and validate the functionality. work with development, and product to gather test requirements, assess risk areas and convert these to test cases.
• Addition of new capabilities and features Test Cycle Management in the automation framework which is used by the entire QA team for test automation.
