Business development Manager - AI & Technology Solution

About the Role

Vegaworks Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, qualify and convert B2B opportunities across AI training, AI adoption, software development and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target industries, companies, decision-makers and customer needs.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential B2B prospects.
• Generate opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, events, partnerships and marketing leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand customer goals, pain points and requirements.
• Identify suitable AI training, AI adoption, software or product development opportunities.
• Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with technical and training teams to shape suitable solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, SOWs, pricing inputs and RFI/RFP responses.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Develop partnerships and business channels.
• Track customer feedback, objections, market trends and competitor insights.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, technology/services sales or related roles.
• Strong communication, active listening, discovery and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, pipeline management, prospecting and follow-ups.
• Ability to understand business problems before proposing solutions.
• Comfortable discussing AI, software and digital transformation at a business level.
• IT/software services, SaaS, technology, consulting, training or digital solutions experience is a plus.
