Strong Sales / BD Leader, with strong exposure to Staffing and Recruitment industry Profile

Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 6+ YOE in B2B Sales, with recent 3+ years in Sales for IT Staffing / Recruitment services

Mandatory (Sales Skills) : Must have proven experience acquiring and closing large enterprise clients (eg: morgan stanley , uber , nutanix walmart..etc)

Mandatory (Ownership) : Must have experience of handling end-to-end sales (prospecting → pitching → commercials → closure)

Mandatory (Strategy) : Must have experience in pricing, competitor analysis, driving innovative sales strategies and differentiating between niche and non-niche hiring

Mandatory (Network) : Must have existing relationships with decision-makers in Tech / Product companies (HR, TA Heads, Business Heads, etc.)

Mandatory (Company) : Staffing firms, Recruitment firms, Talent solutions companies

Mandatory (Note 1) :This is currently an IC role but open to both individual contributors and leadership profiles (team building expected over time)

Mandatory (Note 2) : Ensure that the resume shows proper metrics as a proof of impact (e.g. revenue generated, number of engineers placed per account, size of deal, number of clients)

Years of Experience required: 4 years (Min)

 Mandatory:-

·  At least 3 years of experience in database or BI developer role

·  Microsoft accreditation(s) preferred

·  Proficient at design and development of ETL using MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS)

·  Experience with common ETL Design Patterns

·  Proficient at writing T-SQL, stored procedures and functions

·  Proficient with analysis of data quality and data profiling

·  Experience with writing technical documentation and communicating database design

·  Experience working with an Agile team to create and develop operational processes and software

·  Experience developing ETL of OLTP data for analytical/BI reporting; ability to perform as OLTP DBA is a plus

·  Proficient in Excel BI Tools, XML, JSON and Version Control Systems (TFS experience is a plus)

·  Experience in OLAP schema modeling for DWH

·  Tableau desktop and Server experience is a plus.

Budgeting and Planning:

• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget process.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use financial modeling and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as requested.

Strategic Support:

• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
• Assist in the development of business cases and financial justifications.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Perform competitive Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients; cold calling, emailing, follow-up and resolve any concerns/problems.
• Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities.
• Understanding the market and its needs, product selection, sending prices, taking new orders, and sending samples, catalogues etc.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns.
• Keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts.
• Provide reqular feedback to the management on existing/ new opportunities and implement discussed action plans to capitalise on the opportunities.

Requirements

• Masters of Business Administration degree.
• Well versed in English
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience building applications using NodeJS and frameworks such as Express.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and NodeJS including its core principles.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Postgres
• Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, and Sass 
• Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases

React Native Developer with iOS  experience - 6 months contract.

Required Experience : 2+ Years

Job Requirements :

- A solid knowledge of JavaScript,HTML&CSS & React Native

- Experience in native iOS and Android development

- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ

- Understanding of REST APIs
