Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive with a solid background in EduTech sales to market and sell our Certified E-commerce Professional program. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sales calls to a targeted list of potential customers, persuasively explaining the advantages of our online courses and closing sales.
- Achieve a minimum of 10 sales per week to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Leverage leads generated via social media to convert into paying customers.
- Participate in a one-week training session to optimally prepare for effective course promotion.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in online educational courses, with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to start remotely with the flexibility to transition to office-based work in Bangalore as required.
Compensation and Incentives:
- Competitive base salary with an aggressive incentive plan. Incentives are calculated at 10% for meeting a minimum of 30 sales per month, leading to potential monthly earnings of up to ₹75,000 in incentives alone.
- If the monthly sales target of 30 sales is not met but sales are still made, the incentive rate is 5% of the total sales value.

Following skills are mandatory:
