Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media.

EaseMyTrip commenced its operations in 2008 by focusing on the B2B2C (business to business to customer) distribution channel and providing travel agents access to its website to book domestic travel airline tickets in order to cater to the offline travel market in India. Subsequently, by leveraging its B2B2C channel, the company commenced operations in the B2C (business to customer) distribution channel in 2011by primarily focusing on the growing Indian middle class population’s travel requirements. With our presence in the B2B2C and B2C channels, we were able to commence operations in the B2E (business to enterprise) distribution channel in 2013 with the aim of providing end-to-end travel solutions to corporates. Our presence in three distinct distribution channels provide us with a diversified customer base and wide distribution network. In Fiscal 2019, GoAir, and SpiceJet, recognized us as amongst the top travel partners in terms of revenue and passenger count. The strength of our brand has increased significantly over the years. Our technology-enabled infrastructure and systems have enabled us to operate and maintain an efficient and lean organization related to the size of our operations. We have not required any equity infusion subsequent to our original incorporation requirements, and we have historically financed our working capital requirements and the expansion of our business and operations primarily through funds generated from our operations and debt financing.

Responsibilities:

• Must have hands-on working experience in NodeJS with Typescript
• Must have experience of large size product development process
• Must have detailed knowledge of designing and developing performant REST APIs 
• Must have hands-on experience on Postgres DB and MongoDb / any NoSQL DB 
• Must be comfortable working with git and CI CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Should be able to build a new team and work with your engineers and mentor them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Nodejs with TypeScript and React JavaScript
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, including RESTful API design and development
• Experience with front-end development using tailwind , bootstrap ,HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, typescript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Development

• Minimum of 4+ years work experience in creating front-end (mobile/web)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and on-time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement

What candidate should know about:

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo aggregation, MySQL
• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.

Our software developer for full stack role would be required to constantly work on building new features as per discussion with the product team.

Our front end code base is in Angular while the backend code base is in Python-Django.

Pre-requisites

• Expert level knowledge of Angular and Javascript
• Intermediate level knowledge of Python
