We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and fix any bugs or issues and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in software development and testing, with experience in QA methodologies and tools. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is also essential, as you will be responsible for testing and documenting software features, as well as working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.

●     Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design test cases

●     Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications

●     Identify and document bugs and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them

●     Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other QA related documentation

●     Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement

●     Use automated testing tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency

●     Participate in code reviews to ensure that code is written with testability in mind

●     Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing environments and test data

●     Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements and propose solutions

●     Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software testing and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for managing end to end HR processes
• Design & implement recruiting strategies for each Business Unit by understanding the manpower requirements
• Lead and execute Recruitments for campus, Lateral, focusing on direct sourcing majorly
• Plan and execute the Talent Management process inclusive of performance appraisals, Career Development and advancement
• Candidates will be responsible to implement new HR programs and activities
• Plan & execute the employee engagement activities
• Solely responsible for maintaining the payroll & attendance system.
• Responsible for comp & ben, HR policies, other generalist activities or any ad hoc responsibilities.

Ideal candidate should have: 

• Should have 3 Years of experience in HR generalist responsibilities with focus on Recruitment and Performance Management.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint with ability to manage MIS and reporting 
• Multitasker and able to manage any ad hoc tasks

• Strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, etc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Driving the success of the software engineering team at Datamotive.

• Collaborating with senior and peer engineers to prioritize and deliver features on the roadmap.

• Build strong development team with focus on building optimized & usable solutions.

• Research, Design & Develop distributed solution to handle workload mobility across multi & hybrid cloudsr

• Assist in Identifying, Researching & Designing newer features and cloud platform support in areas of disaster recovery, data protection, workload migration etc.

• Assist in building product roadmap.

• Conduct pilot tests to assess the functionality of newly developed programs.

• Front facing customers for product introduction, knowledge transfer, solutioning, bugs triaging etc.

• Assist customers by giving product demos, conducting POCs, trainings etc.

• Manage Datamotive infrastructure, bring innovative automation for optimizing infrastructure usage through monitoring and scripting. • Design test environments to simulate customer behaviours and use cases in VMware vSphere, AWS, GCP, Azure clouds. • Help write technical documentation, generate marketing content like blogs, webinars, seminars etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS?

• Experience in software development with relevant domain understanding of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Ransomware Recovery.

• A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure or VMware)

• A strong understanding and experience of designing and developing architecture of complex, distributed systems.

• Insights into development of client-server SaaS applications with good breadth across networking, storage, micro-services, and other web technologies.

• Experience of building and leading strong development teams with systems product development background

• Programming knowledge in either of GO Lang, C, C++, Python or Shell script.

• Should be a computer science graduate with strong fundamentals & problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of virtualization, storage and cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Kubernetes will be preferable

• 7+ Year of experience with Dot Net Technology with MVC Framework: Angular must require. 
• Mock-ups and designs into pages complete with CSS, HTML, and Angular Writing tested, idiomatic, asynchronous and documented Angular, HTML and CSS. 
• Aware of new features in Angular 7,8,9 
• Ability to develop UIT from wireframes & prototypes 
• Write modular, secure, and well-tested front-end code cooperating with the back- end developer in the process of building the Restful API, Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies. 
• Experience Design overall architecture of the web application Proficient understanding of web trends and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive design. 
• Must have experience of working on enterprise single page application can write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. Extensive experience of JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js 

Must to have skills: 

• Angular with updated version, Dot Net, C# and above, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, jQuery, Typescript, MVC 5, Web API 2.x, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2012, Store Procedures, Triggers. 

Good to have skills: 

• Dot Net + Angular

• Experience in at least one of the frameworks   YII / Codeigniter
• Experience in Laravel(Mandatory)
• Good experience in JS, JQuery, AJAX, Angular JS
• Good experience in Html, CSS, Responsive Design.
