Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday 3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents) 4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes 5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sale

- Review code and assign claims to diaries as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for field in investigation and examine and investigate details of claim.
- Determine required reserves and place on claims in accordance with the delegation of authority.
- Corresponds with claimant and witnesses, also consult with police, hospital records, and with other experts as part of the claim’s investigation and settlement process.
- Negotiates claims and settlement for claims with required approvals as required by the delegation of authority.
- Submit claims to TPA per requirements including litigated claims and provide all required documentation to TPA and legal department.
- Communicate any trends or opportunities for correction at field locations to supervisor or safety and loss prevention personnel.
- Complete reports or other analysis as directed.
- Engage with internal teams and external customers in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and diversity principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and manage vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Generate and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs); coordinate vendor confirmations and responses.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) with accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to prevent shortages or excess.

What is the role?
You will be responsible for building and maintaining highly scalable data infrastructure for our cloud-hosted SAAS product. You will work closely with the Product Managers and Technical team to define and implement data pipelines for customer-facing and internal reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop resilient data pipelines.
- Write efficient queries to fetch data from the report database.
- Work closely with application backend engineers on data requirements for their stories.
