We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technologies, specifically in Solana, Cosmos SDK, Rust language and Anchor Framework. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining decentralized exchange (DEX) platforms, ensuring the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain blockchain-based applications using Solana, Cosmos SDK, Rust language and Anchor Framework.
• Design and implement decentralized exchange (DEX) platforms with a focus on scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and integrate them into projects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Solana, Smart contract development using Rust. (5 years of experience is preferable ).
• Proficiency in Solana web3, Cosmos SDK, Rust language and Anchor Framework.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying decentralized exchange (DEX) platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic techniques.
• Strong Knowledge and Dev experience in Solana Famous Dexs(Jupiter, Raydium, Orca, Meteora) and Liquidity, Staking system.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Designing a user interface (UI)

·      Create responsive, logical, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·      Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee uniform and unified UI designs throughout the product.

·      For the purpose of efficiently communicating design thoughts and ideas, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Designing for User Experience (UX)

·      To better understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours, conduct user research.

·      To guide design choices, create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.

·      To improve the product's overall usability and user experience, iterate and improve user flows.

Interaction Design

·      Define and implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and delight.

·      Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements and interactions into the product.

Usability Testing

·      Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

·      Analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on insights obtained from testing.

·      Design Guidelines and Documentation:

·      Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability across the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with product objectives and technical feasibility.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to product development discussions.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

·      2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

·      Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

·      Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.

·      Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• 0-2 years exp in Product Support Role.
• Need to Understand the product and features, to demonstrate them to the end users.
• Sound knowledge of Java and SQL
• Need to Analyze and Resolve the Product specific queries, MySQL.

Your responsibilities: 

• You will be working together with fellow junior and senior Frontend developers, helping to improve the group's skill level and exchanging new ideas.
• On a daily basis, you write JavaScript/Typescript/ES6/Angular/React and HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Stylus)
