Key Responsibilities:
- Play Individual contributor to development of a platform using Next.js, Supabase, Drizzle ORM, and Vercel for hosting.
- Design and implement microservices
- Integrate Vercel AI SDK for AI-driven features like pricing assistants and product classification.
- Leverage TanStack (React Query) for state management and ShadCN for reusable UI components.
- Drive CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines on Vercel, addressing technical debt in React Query, Drizzle, and database structure
- Collaborate with product analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver configurable business flows and integrations with POS systems.
- Mentor developers, ensuring code quality, scalability
- Own project delivery, manage technical risks, and align with roadmap priorities like multi-step product classification
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting solutions and progress updates with clarity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, user stories, and sprint metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes, team collaboration, and product outcomes through continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript for building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency with Supabase for authentication and database management, and Drizzle ORM for data interactions.
- Strong experience with TanStack (React Query) for state management and ShadCN for UI frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of Vercel for hosting, deployments, and Vercel AI SDK for AI integrations.
- Proven ability to design microservices architectures with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Vercel CI, GitHub Actions).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven features (e.g., pricing models, product classification) or Vercel AI SDK.
- Familiarity with POS system integrations or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks in web applications.

Requirement-
CTO + CoFounder wanted for our Tech startup where we're trying to build Connected Mobility in parallel to a "short videos app" meant for dashcam videos getting recorded straight from the user's smartphone. So you can say we're a TikTok of dashcam videos at the front.
Expecting the individual is capable & willing to work on these below languages-
Our backend codes are in CakePHP,
Admin Panel in Laravel,
Android is in Java.
No iOS app yet but we plan to roll it out soon.
Hence, we're expecting the CTO to be having fair idea/expertise about these languages. Also, we don't have an iOS app at this point, but it would be benefecial if there's a fair knowledge about iOS apps as well. Also, since the server being used is AWS we are hoping the person knows how to efficiently utilize various features of the same while linking the things.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Design, implement and maintain robust network infrastructures connecting all locations to deliver secure, high availability (>99.9%) network services throughout a global environment.
- Recommend, develop, collaborate, and support adherence to network standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with best practices.
- Implement and support networking solutions according to II-VI Incorporated standards and industry best practices.
- Assist and consult with systems and network professionals, including those at other II-VI sites, on networking initiatives, technologies, and compatibility between sites.
- Lead network infrastructure efforts (LAN and WAN) to include project planning, quality implementation and administration.
- Work with outside vendors to provide a stable network environment.
- Ensure continuous network operations through the design and implementation of resilient services and appropriate failover capabilities.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recoverability.
- Participate in the validation and periodic testing of recovery procedures.
- Develop and manage multiple concurrent project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions.
- Communicate the scope, goals, deliverables, and significant milestones.
- Effectively communicate project expectations with team members and project stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications (include Education, Skills & Experience) :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science\related area or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in network and telephony planning, design, and management for a global company.
- Cisco route & switch CCNP certifications are required.
- Voice and/or security certifications are preferred.
- Possess expert knowledge of network and data communication protocols and technologies.
- Able to design, implement and support converged networks with voice, data, video and wireless access.
- Must be able to scale upwards and adopt newer technologies that include converged infrastructure, software defined networks, and application delivery.
- Possess proficient knowledge and practical experience in the design and management of dynamic network routing and switching; wireless networking; implementation and support of VoIP technologies and videoconferencing.
- Experience with Cisco technologies, Check Point firewalls, Palo Alto and F5 equipment is preferred.
- Strong vendor management experience desired.
- The candidate should have good communication and troubleshooting skills to manage MPLS, telecom, and data providers.
- Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users, IT professionals and management.
- Demonstrated skills in network project planning and management, documentation, problem-solving and work prioritization.

MISSION
