Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with mini 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve targets.

• Track industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.

• Proven sales record.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

The core objective of this project is to upgrade the Dance School website, developed on the Wix platform, to include advanced features and functionalities that cater to both our users and administrative team.

• Professional Dashboard Development:
• Redesign and enhance the existing benchmark tool to a more professional standard. This includes improving the UI/UX design, functionality, and integration within the website.

Engagement Type:

• Mode of Work: Remote
• Shift Time: 6 AM to 3 PM IST

This Role Requires:

• Minimum Exp Required: 3 Years
• Wix Platform Expertise: The developer should have a strong understanding of the Wix platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.

Interview Rounds:

• Technical and HR Technical Round - Ask questions on the previous work experience.
• HR - Behavioural and cultural fit.

• Strong knowledge of .NET web frameworkwith .Net 3.5/4.0 Version.
• Experience on web-based projects using NET, C# and MS-SQL Server, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Skill for writing reusable libraries.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with popular web application frameworks.

Resposibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible to work on Magento and Shopify mobile apps.
• Candidate will be responsible to work on custom app per client's requirement
• Candidate will be doing the updates in existing apps.
• They will report directly to the technical head

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of experience with Flutter Application Development
• Should able to create complex UI/UX in Flutter
• Strong Knowledge in Push Notifications
• Strong Knowledge in Restful Web Services. Experience in Interacting with Web Services from the Flutter Mobile Platform
• Experience with Offline Storage, Threading, and Performance Tuning will be plus point

– 2+ years of experience working on Kafka and Zookeeper

– Experience working on RxJava/ Reactive Programming

– Adept on design patterns and distributed systems

– Excellent verbal and written communication

– Proficient in building REST APIs to interact with relational and non-relational data sources

– Proficient in SQL and RDBMS

– Hands on experience in code and system optimization

– Experience in working with NoSQL databases is a plus
