Job Overview :

We are looking for an SDE 2 – Backend with strong hands-on experience in Java / Spring Boot or Golang to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. Candidates with experience in caching services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications and APIs.
• Develop microservices using Java / Spring Boot or Golang.
• For Golang roles, experience with Gin and gRPC is preferred.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
• Design and optimize caching solutions for application performance.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and write unit/integration tests.
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Requirements :

• 3 to 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java / Spring / Spring Boot or Golang.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, DSA, and System Design.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Java candidates with end-to-end application design experience are preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools or Low-Code/No-Code frameworks is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the Laravel framework. We use GIT for version control and the candidate must have experience in working in a team environment using tools like Github, Gitlab, etc. 

• Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required.
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Help with database and backend architecture. 
• Create API endpoints

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in Laravel Framework, and MySQL databases.
• Working knowledge of GIT and Github.
• Experience with creating REST-based API endpoints

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Shopify, Magento.
• Good knowledge of any PHP framework ( CodeIgniter and CakePHP )
• Hands-on experience one PHP framework
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.

Educational Qualifications:

• /MCA /B.Sc.

Software Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience in technologies like PHP (Code Ignitor or Laravel frameworks), Flutter, Java, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Node JS, Python, Rest API, XML/JSON
• Experience in WP CMS framework, Divi Page builder
• Build and Manage Cloud and non-Cloud hosting platforms
• Scheduling Backing up and restoration of Web sites and Domains
• Understanding in Cron job scheduling

Requirements:

• Have experience or self-read knowledge of Agile development methodology
• 1-4 years Website development, CMS framework management and designing
• Development experience on CMS frameworks and worked on Divi page builders and themes, predominantly on WordPress and WooCommerce
• Backend supporting mobile application team for Rest API creations and JSON
• Good in logical reasoning and creative thinking

• Take ownership of maintaining the delivery timelines of the project team
• Meet delivery timelines and own client communication for the handling projects
• Manage the project people and drive the team with enthusiasm
• Proven track on continuous learning and problem-solving capability and solution finding skill

• Own development, design, scaling and maintenance of application and messaging engines that power the central platform of Capillary's Cloud CRM product. 
• Contribute to overall design and roadmap.
• Mentor Junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Innovative and self-motivated with passion to develop complex and scalable applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development with strong focus on algorithms and data structures.
• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high availability applications using Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate. 
• Work experience with Relational databases is required (Primarily MySQL)
• Prior work experience with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDb) is an added plus.

• BTech
