Requirements:

What are we looking for?

  1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of UX and UI, which includes, Information architecture, empathy map creation, user research, user interviews, low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes, designing UI screens using Adobe XD, prototyping and design hand off to developers 
  2. Experts in English language
  3. There are few skills which you need to have from get-go:
    1. You are a problem solver, polite and someone who values team members and customers
    2. You respect time and understand, lost time never  comes back
  4. You have the ability to explain your design and come up with out of the box design solutions for mobile applications and web sites
  5. You are a smart and energetic talent from design background
  6. Based on the situations you can contribute individually or work with team and make work productive and fun
  7. In terms of day to day work, for 6 months to 1 year you should have done the following:
    1. Completed a bootcamp or formal training in UX/UI design 
    2. Designed at least 2 mobile apps or websites
    3. Thorough understanding of Information architecture, Microcopies, Typography, Material design systems, Cupertino design system, Visual designs, icons and illustrations
    4. Conducting user research interviews and design Mood boards
    5. UX testing once the product is live
    6. Collaborative design workflows using Adobe XD and Framer
    7. Documenting your design work based on Style guides
    8. Knowledge of Microcopies is a plus
