SDE 1 - Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, scalable, and visually refined web applications. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on architecture, performance, and crafting exceptional user experiences.

You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build robust frontend systems, define engineering standards, and ship production-grade features that scale.

Responsibilities:

- Build scalable, modular frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

- Architect component-driven UI systems and reusable design libraries

- Implement robust state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar

- Optimize Core Web Vitals, performance, and accessibility (WCAG)

- Translate Figma/design specs into pixel-perfect, production-grade interfaces

- Improve build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling

- Implement testing strategies — unit, integration, and E2E (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

- Mentor junior engineers and define engineering standards

- Collaborate with backend teams to design API contracts and integrations

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering

- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js

- Experience building scalable frontend architecture from scratch

- Deep understanding of browser rendering, performance, and optimization

- Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility best practices

- Experience with state management — Redux, Zustand, or similar

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Good to Have:

- Experience building design systems or component libraries

- Familiarity with SSR/SSG and performance-driven architectures

- Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale frontend systems

- Exposure to cloud deployment workflows and frontend observability

- Three.js or WebGL experience

• · 3+ years of software engineering experience primarily leveraging ReactJS. · Strong engineering and technical background with demonstrable enterprise development experience using ReactJS and RESTful APIs. · Deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5 and CSS. · Experience using Redux, Web Workers and PWAs. · Experience with continuous integration and build (CI/CD) process & tools. · Proven ability to quickly understand functional requirements and technical concepts. · Experience with TDD and familiarity with testing frameworks, ideally Cypress, Selenium and PACT. · Exposure to mobile development via React Native an advantage. Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of work-experience as a Front-end developer
• Experience in developing front end applications at scale
• Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript ,CSS, Angular,AJAX and jQuery,react,node
• Experience in CSS preprocessor (SASS/LESS/COMPASS), CSS framework – Bootstrap.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process
• Knowledge of Wordpress theme integration Template customization
• Able to Write code as Per W3 validation Rules, Cross browser, Cross Device, and SEO Friendly

1. Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
2. Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules, and maintainability of the code.
3. Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
4. Review and optimize app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
5. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
6. Developers should be team player or should work individually when required.
7. Developer should work parallel to backend developers.

1. 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert, or frontend engineer
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
3. Good understanding of APIs and how to use them to get the work done fast.
4. Proficiency in writing clean and optimized code.
5. Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system.
6. Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console.
7. Knowledge of ReactJs/VueJs & Python will be a plus
