. Job Summary:

The Lead Developer provides technical expertise which requires a working knowledge of the technical infrastructure underpinning the applications. Plans, consults, and coordinates complex project assignments in the design, development and implementation of applications software. Works as part of a service or project team to implement complex technical solutions that meet business requirements. Responsible for contributing to the planning of the work programs and the review, development, and modification of best practices and technical solutions. Provides supervision to a team of Developers

. What success looks like in this role:

• You will lead a team of 5-10 developers building web apps with React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB, and mobile apps with React Native.

• Architect scalable and high-performance web and mobile apps using proven JavaScript stacks like MERN and MEAN

• Establish best practices for web and mobile development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD

• Proficiency in TypeScript is required to develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of our web applications.

• Plan sprints, assign tasks, and oversee code reviews, testing, and releases

• Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack

• Manage technical debt and spearhead migrations to new libraries/frameworks when needed

• Hire and mentor developers and promote an engineering culture of learning and excellence.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Quick problem-solving skills with exceptional aptitude and reasoning. • Good orator, presenter with influencing skills to manage and negotiate complex conflicting resolutions.

• Ability to frame ideas in words to provide a perspective and outcome from analyzing them.

• Experience in leading, managing, mentoring a team of junior developers.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

: • Bachelor's in engineering (B.E or BTech.), MCA.

• 5+ years' experience leading web and/or mobile engineering teams

• Deep expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, and MongoDB • Experience building web apps with MERN or similar stacks • Experience building mobile apps with React Native or similar frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

• Strong leadership skills and commitment to building a world-class engineering team

As a Assistant Content Manager you will be responsible for working on assets that create sales conversions on company’s online store, email marketing and social media campaigns and will analysing the performance of those assets in detail, crunch the numbers, and optimize them and assist in creating, managing and improving content for various marketing channels.

• Working alongside copywriters, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and team members from other departments to create and deliver assets
• Managing content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
• Proofreading, editing and improving content created by copywriters and ensure brand consistency

Job Description:

To ensure correct accounting of revenue. Manage end to end order to cash accounting
including but not limited to billing and accounting treatment of revenues, customer
master data, collections accounting, bad debt provisioning, debtor ageing.
 Reconciliation of collections with the revenue master data and identifying exceptions
therein for the resolutions after discussions with ops teams;
 Strong reconciliation abilities and extraction of data from various files for finalization of
revenue;
 Posting sales entries in the Accounting system to ensure all are captured and
appropriately recognized for reporting;
 Perform periodical Balance sheet reconciliation of control accounts, bank accounts and
all asset /debtor accounts;
 Liaison with other Finance team members to ensure the integrity of accounts;
 Ensure all collected payments are presented for posting within collection deadlines;
 Debtors ageing and follow ups with the clients for timely collections;
 Keeping a track of cash inflow and revenue projections.
 Ensure closure of operational/month-end activities including data inputs for the MIS
preparation within strict timeframes;
 Liasioning with the banks for the cash management and reconciliations on timely basis;
 Accounting of all the bank transactions on a daily basis for reconciliation of accounts and
investments made by the company.

Education:

• Semi-Qualified CA/ MBA/ M.Com with atleast 3-4 years of experience (excluding training period) working in receivables department of a company (e-commerce company preferably); B.Com with 5-7 year experience.
• Proficient in Tally accounting and cost centre accounting;
• Must be strong in MS Office (Including MS Word, Excel with advanced skills);
• Quick learner and ability to deliver on time.
