Business Development Manager

Position: Oracle DBA

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases in production and non-production environments.
2. Perform database tuning, backups, and recovery.
3. Monitor database performance and implement improvements.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with audit requirements.
5. Handle upgrades and patching of database environments.

Skills Required:

1. Strong experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c.
2. Hands-on with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC.
3. Proficient in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL.
4. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) preferred.

What are we looking for?

• BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent). Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience.

• Experience of 3-7 years building Android Applications.
• Strong expertise on building consumer-facing Android Apps with either Java or Kotlin, with strong programming constructs.

• Worked on building two or more Android apps
• Experience of managing E2E life cycle of Android Apps including play store deployments and post-deployment support.

• Experience of working with ReactNative would be a plus.
• The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban), TDD and Continuous  

   Intégration(CI/CD) a plus.

• Track record of building and delivering mission critical, 24x7 production software systems

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Digital Media Marketing

The Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Digital Promotion specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of online platforms, including Digital media, email, and the company website. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage potential customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Digital Media Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
• Managing the company's media accounts and creating engaging content for a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Utilizing email marketing and automation tools to create and send targeted campaigns to potential customers.
• Developing and executing digital promotion campaigns, including paid advertising on Digital media platforms and search engines.
• Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement brand management strategies.
• Assisting with the development and execution of online advertisement campaigns, including banner ads and display ads.
• Utilizing SEO techniques to improve the company's search engine ranking and drive traffic to the website.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Developing APIs and RESTful services using Node JS.

• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,  Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals,  SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations 
• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform. • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and  troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

To be the right fit, you will need: 

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and  configuration.  
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform  interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the  CMDB. 
• Preferably certified in ServiceNow
