Customer Segment :- Automotive, Furnace Manufacturer, Machine Manufacturer

Sales Experience: - 5 to 8 Years

Desired Qualification: - Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma Degree holder.

Skills Required:- Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Good Verbal Communication.

Reporting to: - Reporting to Control Product Department’s head from Advance Automation Business Unit.

Areas of responsibility: -

·       Develop sales leads by identifying potential OEMs accounts; acquires new OEMs & extending Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support.

·            Demonstrating a product & explaining salient features of the product for technical approval. 

·            Work with technical team to select the appropriate product to address the customer needs.

·            Working with various sales channels - OEMs, End Users, distributors etc.

·            New Customer Acquisition (Original Equipment Manufacturers-OEMs)

·            To Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned for your area.

·            To Keep the management informed about the sales activities to achieve the annual business target.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and manage our core accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, overseeing month-end close processes, and implementing best-in-class accounting practices that support our growth and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition, fixed assets, accruals, and other core accounting functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and ensure accounting alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures; support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in accounting operations and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reporting, and key analyses for executive leadership.
• Stay current on changes in accounting standards, particularly those relevant to SaaS or software revenue models.
• Support systems implementations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting, especially revenue
• recognition (ASC 606).
• Prior experience in a tech or SaaS company preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and reporting tools (e.g., Airbase, TriNet,
• Xero, Maxio) a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills 

Job Description:

• Drive end-to-end automation from GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket to Deployment,

Observability and Enabling the SRE activities

• Guide operations support (setup, configuration, management, troubleshooting) of

digital platforms and applications

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps Workflows that support CI, CS, CD, CM, CT.

• Deploy, configure, and manage SaaS and PaaS cloud platform and applications

• Provide Level 1 (OS, patching) and Level 2 (app server instance troubleshooting)

• DevOps programming: writing scripts, building operations/server instance/app/DB

monitoring tools Set up / manage continuous build and dev project management

environment: JenkinX/GitHub Actions/Tekton, Git, Jira Designing secure networks,

systems, and application architectures

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure product development

Must Have:

• Thorough experience (Sr. Developer: 3+ years) in core python as well as the Django framework.
• Deep understanding of designing and implementing REST web services/APIs.
• Ability to address authentication and security constraints efficiently.
• Knowledge about Amazon web services and ability to integrate it.
• Ability to write complex python utility scripts.
• Ability to deliver design documentations whenever needed.
• Knowledge of Version Control using SVN/GIT.
