Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Manager to manage contracts, legal documentation, and compliance across commercial, vendor, employment, and regulatory matters. The role will work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, and Leadership to support business growth while mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, SLAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts

• Manage and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes

• Standardize legal templates and improve contract turnaround time

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

• Support data protection and privacy compliance

We are looking for a MuleSoft RPA & IDP Developer with at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing MuleSoft-based automation and integration solutions. • In-depth understanding of voice and/or data technologies and subject matter expert in at least one area.
• Cisco Certified or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Understanding on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
• Expert knowledge of all LAN switching technologies eg Spanning Tree, VLAN management, and VTP concepts on Cisco, Nexus, and Arista
